Carpet was wet when we got there like soaking wet. Bathroom was terrible, shower water falling in the whole bathroom making it all wet

My room was acceptable overall. For room service, it was so slow,I call the reception for ironing table & iron, 1st time nobody answered, next time , someone answered after awhile he said ( hmmmm , I don’t know, ok I’ll confirm with room service ,I called 3 times in about 40 minutes. I informed them many times that I’m in hurry,coz I’ve flight, They are not responding for my request, it’s not a peak time , I called them @ 11 p.m. 2nd things no slippers, no dental kit, it’s basic in any room The catel was dusty ,they put many coffee and tea but only 2 paper cups! It was only one night, The best thing in that hotel was the BED 🤭♥️ I didn’t try other amenities or restaurants

Location is great, clean, spacious and reliable service.

Took a while to clean the hotel rooms and would constantly be dismissed when asking to clean up
