The hotel's location is amazing, easy to reach al Haram.
However the check in took more than expected, the rooms are old and it needs serious renovations because at this point their high prices are only for the location not the hotel itself.

superior service started from Housekeeping team lead by Mr.YOUSAF KHAN and the remaining staff First off all I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone working in Makkah Hotel for thier tremendous efforts, support and help provided to me during my last stay as they have upgraded my room and extended the check out time which made my next trip enjoyable.
