the room is spacious and great value for money..very closed to pinto 89 and eased my travelling back and forth to masjidil haram,,,very convenient for a family with a small kid like me.

Thanks to all the team,specially fornt offic team,very helpful ,cooperative, and consergue team made our trip marvellous, thay accomodat our 🧳 luggage,for long time and help us to complete umra in very simple way ,thanks to much ,very excellent location ,nice breakfast,

The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb and so convenient if you would like to do Umrah with kids as the location was right in front of Al Haram.

Location is good, old furniture and room. They were not cooperative when i checked out earlier.

Very good location. Located in clock tower, nearby king abdul Azis gate entrance to mataf. The service was excellent and friendly staff.

Great location - close to Masjid Al haram. Decent sized room. Basic facilities in the room. Room clean enough. Breakfast was ok but overpriced for what’s offered.

the check in is fine and smooth but i have to waiting for 45 minutes due the long queue. the recepsionist took 1 hour per customer

Really disappointed with the service starting from reception to the room service. Basic amenities were missing in room. Not Internet / wifi in room. I called the reception several times to complain the wifi issue and every time I got the response that someone will come to your room to resolve the issue. But issues was remained unresolved. Unresponsive room service. Really dissatisfied

Expected a lot more from a hotel either a 5* rating. This was more like a 3 star hotel at best. The only good thing was the location as it was close to the haram but getting in and out of the hotel takes ages as the lifts are always slow and busy.

Great location, cleanliness was average, hotel needs upgrading, house keeping awful; more or less non existent. Had to call all day for a change of towels.

The room is dated with furnishings evident of wear n tear. There is a strong foul smell upon entering the bathroom . Service sucks, they did not give any amenities in bathroom, i had to call housekeeping many times for a shower cap. They say scan a barcode and communicate with us but it doesnt work. I had to call housekeeping for bath towels n floor mat. Apart from the location, this hotel falls short in everything despite the steep price paid

This hotel needs a serious renovation. It’s outdated and needs an uplift. It is overpriced as compared to other neighboring hotels. The breakfast is good but also over crowded and missing hygienic principles.
