I often attend umrah along my friends and my stay is at places such as Hilton and the Clock Tower. Stayed here for the first time and it was a total nightmare. The duty manager who’s name was supposedly Abdurahman was extremely rude and arrogant, he treated us as if we were staying there for free. We were 6 elderly women and were given rooms of different floors despite us booking them on the same floor, this became a great difficulty for us. Not to mention the horrible service!! I would suggest not staying at this hotel ever as I really regret it and you will too.

The worst Hotel that I ever stayed! 1. This hotel does not provide door mat, so after shower, wet floor all over the place! 2. This hotel only provide 2 towels, eventough we order room for 3-4 people 3. This hotel never clean our rooms, eventhough we stay here for 4 nights, we only had 2 towels and 2 bottles of water during our stay! Unbelievable!

The hotels chased us out because of misunderstanding with our travel tours. They are very rude and have no ethics in hotel management. Our tours were supposed to replace us with another hotel that day, so they told us to wait for notice. Then 230pm, 2 goons like ********s chased us out claiming we suppose to check out at 12pm. I told them to talk to the agent because booking were made between them and they refused and insist we go out immediately. I even asked for 30 mins to pack and they refused! We checked out and I complained to the agent who apologize saying it's a miscommunication. Usually the hotel wont act like this and it's normal to exchange room at odd hours. I'm extremely frustrated for the hotel management who did this at religious city! They can just call me at 1130am like normal hotel to inform to check out. And take it out with the agent.

Room and bathroom are worn out and aged. It is not a 5 star hotel by any international standard. At best it is a 2 star hotel. Getting into the main lobby from the main safwa tower entrance can be challenging at times as compared to other big name hotels here. Also on the check out day a worker came and asked for some tip. This I feel is not nice. It is common to give tips outside but to expect to give in a '5' star hotel is not acceptable . Also the food we were catered to ( being a package tour) was not good. Asian food were served but it is not the lovely Asian food that everyone love. In short I would not recommend this hotel .

Comfortable and convenience for pilgrim of Haj or Umrah. The location is strategically located to the mosque. The building itself is a mix complex with several other hotels and mini mall. Various foods of diverse ethnic flavors available. They are also many shops selling gifts here.

Paid for Kaaba view room. But very disappointed, was assigned room with construction and crane view. No action taken after complained. Spoiled my whole stay . Room run down not as Five star claimed. I will classified as 4 star below. The entire room only 2 wall lamp and 1 bed side lamp. Whenever My daughter want to study or I am doing my office work due to the different time zone, I need to switch on wall light which the other party need to cover their face with pillow while sleeping otherwise you need to work in the dark Bathroom condition unacceptable, dirty with mold and stain everywhere. The amenities , please don't expect luxuries or 5* standard. Luckily bath and body works and the body shop next door. I brought my own air freshener which helps me a lot Breakfast I have no idea what kind of menu they served . With cold croissant , fried egg instead of fluffy omelets and of course salty home made olive . For me to come back here is big NO. Rather pay 4 star hotel with better service and amenities.
