This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!
I paid more then 2300 dollars for 14 nights. First of all , the transportation they provide doesn’t take you anywhere close to masjid al haram, even though they mentioned that they offer transportation.
No wifi the entire stay unless you go out of the room to get connected.
The most important two things they do not even offer,and for that amount for 14 days!!! That’s sucks!

I checked into hotel but horrible experience. I won't recommend it if you are travelling from US or UK. Rooms do no seem clean, AC does not work properly. Rooms do not have enough light, table lamps were broken, restrooms are so small you can barely stand. No USB adapters and existing switches are type of old. Even the converter I took didn't work. Basic needs are not available. I checked out the next day as this hotel is far from Khana Kaaba and does not meet the expectations. They didn't give me refund yet and asked to contact ********** which I tried. Hoping to get my refund soon. I will not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here during the hajj season. To be honest the hotel itself is quite good and comfortable for the azizia leg of the journey. What I really want to complement is the amazing people that work here. The cleaners all have smiles on their faces and help you as much as they can. The reception and management team are kind and offer help where they can. The hotel is close to the main road so it is easy to get a taxi and next to a supermarket which makes it very convenient.
