The hotel is very beautiful and clean and provides transportation service to and from the Haram around the clock. The room is spacious and comfortable

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. My daughter enjoyed the pool and we really liked the breakfast buffet.

Reception speaks no basic word of English and doesn’t seem to care. Customerservices is non existent to put is simple. At arrival i got ignored for 15 mns while my taxi was waiting outside still with my luggage. Luckily the driver didn't charge me extra for the wait. The shuttle didn't always run on time. And the bus is old and dirty. Wigh very rude drivers shouting. The legs of our beds were unbalanced so moving in the bed makes very loud noise. The images of the TV are the worse i have seen in 30 years. So i will bropably stop here and say i will never use this hotel again.

Great hotel, very comfortable with all amenities thats required. Breakfast was excellent and service was great. No complaints Excellent value for money

It was a fantastic stay except the agent who greeted in the restaurant was unprofessional and spoke unkindly

I never want to go there again. It's best to have my money back. No good breakfast, no service, no toilet paper, no towels, no coffee. Just for show. Never again.
