Nice Hotel with Convenient Location near the Haram. There is a Shuttle Golf cart Service that transport pilgrims to main road near the Entrance of thr Haram. Rooms are Clean and Service is Good but always they can be Better

Its not a 4 star hotel it's 2 star officially its written outside the hotel

the best location ever comparing to price per night, only the ramp to the hotel was kind of difficult but the hotel offers free ride up and down to the hotel the room were so small around 14sqm not more than that

Really bad condition bathroom using dirty shower curtain, you expect shower cubicle these days. Basin was blocked. Bathroom needs urgent renovation and update. Couldn't get TV to work. Room was infested with flies. Only good thing was the location.

Too far from the masjid - have to walk up a mountain! This is not a 4* hotel!! They are lying on the internet. This is 2*. The room has a really awful smell like something had died inside the pipes. The reception refuse to do anything about it. The door and frame in the bathroom was rotting and adding to the horrible smell. The rooms had broken beds which they refused to fix. Refused to give us new rooms. We asked for replacement floor mats for the bathroom as they get soaked - the shower is so small the water goes everywhere but we were told we can’t get them because it’s not a 5* hotel. The reception refused to give us toilet paper when it finished - they said there was no more?? We found some in the cleaners trolly so they lied! The most horrible place with the most horrible staff! I don’t know how they get away with being like this in the holy land. Allah is watching please remember that. We had a pregnant lady with us and the stay was so uncomfortable for us! The most horrible disgusting place. If it was stated to be 2* I would’ve never booked this place but they lied. Very unhygienic, cleaning wasn’t done once even when we asked the reception. The lifts are so slow that by the time it reaches the lobby so many people are waiting you have to fight for your life to get in. Better off sleeping in the streets, it will be more clean and comfortable. May Allah deal with these liars.

I came with my family and we are from London. The location of this hotel is VERY bad. It’s on a hill and near some power station and it’s constantly VERY noisy. Room is very small and bathroom even smaller. I read mixed reviews so I was unsure. Personally I would not recommend this hotel at all. If you book earlier you could get better hotel for similar price. We booked last minute and there were no other hotels available. AVOID

First of all, none of the pictures posted are REAL right now. The hotel is basically as filthy and dirty as you can imagine. Most of the staff headed by their manager "Yehea" are very unprofessional and it seems when ask them for something to be fixed as if they are doing you a favor. The breakfast is not the greatest and will run out by 8 am although it was supposed to last till 10am.

Do you want to experience a full-blown nightmare during your vacation? Then book your stay at the Elaf Ajyad hotel, where everything is set up to ruin your holiday! Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news that our room was not ready, despite us arriving just after 4 pm. We were left waiting for over an hour with no assistance or explanation as to why the room was not ready. Clearly, customer service is not a priority here. To make matters even worse, the lift was out of order, which meant we had to drag our heavy luggage up the stairs. This was a massive inconvenience, especially after waiting for so long. The hotel staff clearly do not care about their guests' well-being. Once we finally got to our room, we were met with a broken shower head that made it almost impossible to take a proper shower. The carpet in the room was an absolute disaster, with disgusting smells and multiple stains that made me feel like I was sleeping in a dumpster. It was truly revolting. The room was extremely dusty, and the awful smell stayed with us throughout the entire week. The white tiles entering the bathroom were cracked and stained yellow for some unknown reason, which added to the already unpleasant atmosphere. It was like staying in a neglected, abandoned building. To top it all off, the room was only cleaned on two out of the five days we stayed there. We had to go down to reception multiple times because our room cards kept deactivating, making it impossible to access our own room. Clearly, the hotel staff cannot even handle the basics of hospitality. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was utterly useless, as it only takes you a few meters down the road. It was pointless and added to the overall disappointment of our stay. The hotel staff was unfriendly and incompetent, leaving us feeling unwelcome and ignored throughout our stay. They clearly have no idea how to treat their guests. Everything that could go wrong did, and the entire experience was just the worst. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Elaf Ajyad at all costs. It is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

They should pay more attention to the cleanliness of each room, even though they are overwhelmed with so many costumers. Cause cleanliness is the main key of a good service. And I think they should upgrade their lifts, cause everytime I have to use it was took so long to get in the lifts.
