When I booked the hotel on ******* website it showed that it was 0.9 km away from Haram. This was not true, it was more than 3 Km away, so cannot be walked. Secondly, the area and the facility was disgusting. Thirdly, when we tried to check in, the receptionist couldn’t locate the reservation and wanted us to pay again although the money was already withdrawn by *******, which means there was lack of coordination with *******. When we saw the room it looked disgusting, the carpet was filthy, the washroom sink was clogged, the tab broken and no place to shower. We couldn’t spend an hour in this hotel and had to find another place. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience and wasted money. We hold ******* accountable because we trusted the information on its website and it was our booking agent not the hotel itself. We are very disappointed and frustrated and feel like we got deceived by *******.
