Honestly, I am writing the comment while I am traveling on my way back to Qatar after five days that we spent in the hotel, during which I and my family performed Umrah rituals. Our impressions of the hotel were honestly as follows: The young receptionists and reservations staff are among the finest people to deal with, and Glory be to God, they have a smile drawn on their faces, and you only hear the word “good news” from them. The hotel is not far from the Haram, perhaps less than 7 kilometers (by my estimate), but the 24-hour shuttle service is managed in a highly distinguished manner, to the point that the supervisors’ and bus drivers’ numbers are fixed in The bus is visible to everyone and they respond to any call. The bus drops off the passengers and takes them in front of the clock tower and two minutes away from the entrances to the sanctuary. The cleanliness is outstanding and they do not hesitate to provide the rooms with any needs requested by the guests. We lost valuable personal belongings on the bus during the move and they were found by the bus driver and I think his name is Khaled and they were returned to us. May God reward him well for my desire to respond to this comment. Honestly, I tried to find out some of the names. I hope to convey my appreciation and thanks to them as I am close to leaving the Saudi border. All of the brothers Saeed Al-Zahrani, Ayman Al-Qarni, Khaled Al-Zahrani, Saud. As for the young man, Wissam, and I do not know the rest of his name, it is a story whose title is the good face and the calm smile, honestly. I will repeat my experience with them and advise anyone who reads my comment to book with them, knowing that the hotel is close to restaurants, the commercial market, and Al-Ta’im Aisha Mosque, may God be pleased with her.
