We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped! Food snacks and drinks is now available from room service Note: register yourself on Accor App to benefit from discount on your hotel stay payments. I think 5%. Thank you Ibis Styles team for making our first Umrah memorable.

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Very good hotel..rooms are good and spacious. Kaaba view is excellent from hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Good spread with lots of option. We were served with so much of care and specially Mr Ashraf was very very helpful and gave the extra mile to us and took care of us even the minute details specaily for my mom . That's what you call hospitality. My rating *****. Must try people like Ashraf make the difference between other properties and this.

Located about 10 minutes ride from AlHaram. Offering hourly shuttle bus to and from AlHaram. Reception staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and modern. Furniture is new. The room is average sized but OK. Washroom is too small. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely put it a top choice for my future stays in Makkah.

I arrived to the hotel at 10 and the lady in the reception told us to go and do the Omra and come back to get the rooms, I am a gold Fairmont member which was treated badly. We came back at 2:30 and noticed that the rooms are not ready and have been told that the check in time is 4PM, however before one day of arrival they called me to ask me what time do I want the room to be ready. Each customer receptionist was directing me to another where this wasn’t practical at all, image I was awake more than 12 hours and at the end of the day each on just throws me. Then after having a fight we got the rooms finally, I get to know that one of the rooms is full of insects and the other room is noisy from the neighbors. When I called to tell the reception after several fights they changed both rooms, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the escalators. Overall my experience with this hotel is really baaaaaaad and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only positive point was that it’s few steps to the Haram other than that nothing is worth it at all, even when you speak to someone from the receptionist they don’t reply as of they don’t listen and in my case I am a gold member plus trip advisor level 6, how if I was a normal guest what would happen. They made my day very hard and miserable

A very average and outdated place. The lobby was great but the rooms were something out of the 80’s except for the LED’s. The bathrooms were outdated with dainty fixtures. I did not expect such a place given the name and the buck. They definitely need to update the entire place. It’s the complete opposite compared to their Medinah site. I would only recommend the location since its very close to haram. But you can definitely find cheaper places with the same proximity.

Le Meridien tower is the best hotel in Makkah . The manager Ahmed Shaker is very hospitable and kind person.I stay 4 times in Le Meridien. Tower no 4 , Tower no 5 and Tower no 8. all towers are good. Managment. Service anf price all excellent. Hotel rooms , bath rooms and kitchen big and clean When i come Makkah i will stay in le meridien LE MERIDIEN IS EXCELLENT

If you looking for 4 star budget hotel then don’t look anywhere. This is the best you can get. They have a free shuttle bus service which runs every half an hour. It drops you at Marwa Gate. You got walk for 10 till 15 mins in order to reach at Haram. The pick you up from the same place. I didn’t have any issue for shuttle bus service. The shuttle service was good enough. The only down fall is the walking towards the haram. I had my son with me and he struggle to walk for each time. The food for hotel is worse. I did not like it at all. I had the breakfast buffet and paid 100 riyals. It was a worse food experience. The choice of breakfast was very limited. Overall it’s good budget hotel. I guess you to compromise somewhere.
