"I stayed at Ibis Hotel Makkah for 31 days, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel offers everything a long-stay guest could need — clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff, and a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay, and the front desk was always helpful and polite. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation to the Haram. The breakfast was also good and consistent every day. After staying here for a full month, I can confidently say that Ibis Makkah provides great value for money and reliable comfort — highly recommended for both short and long stays in Makkah."

"The hotel shuttle service was great and it moved on time. We stayed at 9th floor and housekeeper guy was so kind and smiley. There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. It is not a big issue but a remark."

"We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel."

"Everything was good. My recommendation to the hotel is to offer separate feet and face towels. One more thing is that there was a demolition of some building in the vicinity behind the Address Jabal Omar Hotel that caused a lot of dust. Though not the hotel's fault, it could complain to the authorities or tell the construction company to use screens or mesh to keep the dust inside the demolition site."

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my two sons and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you’d expect. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was always tidy and refreshed.  The hotel’s facilities were good as had a gym and even a games room.   I did not try their breakfast this time around but would do next time.  Our flight was later on in the evening and after requesting, the hotel let us checkout late which was good of them.  I definitely would come back here again to stay as it is also value for money for what you get. Any negatives - none except the hotel is few miles away from the Haram but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from which the buses go on time so this made it easy."

"Very good hotel, near to Masjid Haram, clear view of Kaaba, the sound of Asa coming from the Masjid 5 times a day, if there is a chance, I will go again, very worth the money spent, can use personal time to do worship together, very worthwhile."
