"I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable. The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well. The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine."

"Food excellent for what I paid. Not Jumeirah or Conrad standard but value for money yes. Room was really good for what I paid. Would have liked a rainfall shower but everything worked and room was clean and spacious. Front desk were helpful and kindly allowed me and early check in and 2 hours late check out which was great as my train was 5pm and normal check out was 12.00pm. I would stay again because if the price but when I usually visit Makkah with family we stay at Jabal Omar Hotels which are closer to the side of the haram we prefer. Its about a 5 min walk for someone myself but with family it will be more like 10 mins to the new extension of Harqm."

"Always be my favorite hotel when coming to Makkah. It’s close to almost everything. It also has shuttle which conveniently drop you to main gate of Masjid Haram."

"Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic."

"It is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic). Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window. Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good. Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile."

"I was kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor with a beautiful view of the Clock Tower, along with a more spacious room. The staff were genuinely lovely and attentive throughout my stay. Having direct access to a shopping mall on the lower level was incredibly convenient, and the shuttle bus service was excellent and consistently reliable. Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish. You truly receive top-tier quality at very reasonable prices."

"All along my stay there, there was no room service: my room has not been cleaned. Not sure why. But after 3 days, I needed new towels and toilet paper. So I went to the reception and asked if there is any room service. They said that if I want my room to be cleaned, I need to be there with the cleaner in the room (a bit strange to me). The fridge was not working and there was a bad smell in it. My room is 706, on the 7th floor, the wifi was weak most of the time. And there was noise from the other guests (not the hotel mistake but just mentioning it). When I take a shower, it was a bit hard to clean the water to the sewage because of the form of the shower. Other than that, the hotel is located in a good place and close to everything. And it was clean too. It was decent for a two-star hotel."
