Le Meridien tower is the best hotel in Makkah . The manager Ahmed Shaker is very hospitable and kind person.I stay 4 times in Le Meridien. Tower no 4 , Tower no 5 and Tower no 8. all towers are good. Managment. Service anf price all excellent. Hotel rooms , bath rooms and kitchen big and clean When i come Makkah i will stay in le meridien LE MERIDIEN IS EXCELLENT

The Movenpick Hotel Ratings as 5 Star published on the website is totally misleading the guests. We would only rate them as a 3 Star Hotel standards. The hallway leading to the rooms was poorly lighted and very dull. The room furnitures are old, with 1 door closet only and the bedding fittings are worn out. Therefore comparable to motel standards. The 3 restaurants areas serving the breakfast buffet is not a 5 star hotel international breakfast standards. The foods and juices drinks are not freshly served. The restaurant staff are not attentive to guests requests. We lost our appetite and did not bother to have our breakfast. The next moment we decided to check-out instantly after one night stay. Finally, adding to our sorrow and dissatisfaction is the irresponsible attitude of the Duty Manager (Nawaf) in handling of the hotel room refunds by giving us a lot of unacceptable excuses. The process was supposed to be done on 30th April 2023 (check-out) but he only do it after we called him on the 10th May 2023. Although he made convincing promises to expedite the refund during our check-out. During this period, we tried to call several times to get an update but he did not bother to answer or return our calls. He's useless and does not deserve the Duty Manager position. We promised to ourselves of not to ever stay in Movenpick Hotel Makkah.

If you looking for 4 star budget hotel then don’t look anywhere. This is the best you can get. They have a free shuttle bus service which runs every half an hour. It drops you at Marwa Gate. You got walk for 10 till 15 mins in order to reach at Haram. The pick you up from the same place. I didn’t have any issue for shuttle bus service. The shuttle service was good enough. The only down fall is the walking towards the haram. I had my son with me and he struggle to walk for each time. The food for hotel is worse. I did not like it at all. I had the breakfast buffet and paid 100 riyals. It was a worse food experience. The choice of breakfast was very limited. Overall it’s good budget hotel. I guess you to compromise somewhere.

this hotel was 0.6km from haram. Literally at our door step. Its entrance to the new part of the masjid which is soo good. Its rooms are spacious and they are child friendly. I got a travel cot provided for free. If I return I will 100% look at this hotel first.

I would love to come again and must recommend this to all of my family and friends. Overall, it was a good experience over here and the staff and service were all excellent. I must give it 4 stars as it deserves this.

It is a nice opportunity to be able to use the room alone. The rooms are nice and clean. Their employees are caring. There are approximately 12 trips to and from the harem a day. However, there is no hair dryer in the rooms.
