We come around 11 am and we can check in earlier. We stayed for 4 days 3 night. *************. Every things is Ok.. Food, Staff and the room it self, especially the view. Insya *****, We will come back again in Swissotel with the View of Kabbah😍❤️

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Conrad Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, with easy access for prayers and a peaceful atmosphere that adds to the spiritual experience.
The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with high-end amenities, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate every day.
Service at Conrad Makkah is truly world class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was elegant, and the staff attentive to every detail.
Overall, Conrad Makkah exceeded our expectations in every way. It perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and convenience with the spiritual tranquility that every visitor to Makkah seeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj, you won’t be disappointed.

MMas Yunanmy family and I stay at Pullman hotel to perform Umroh. The hotel located directly in front of Masjidil Haram and it is very helpful, especially for my little daughters.
anything we need is ready in the mall located in the building. The house keeping staffs were all very polite. One think to be improved is the elevators, sometimes we need to wait for the elevators, because the people visiting the malls are also using the elevators.

DDh SudjHotel's room was great,big and spacious. Has many lifts for each tower so the queue lini was managed.
The only deficiency was checkin process, need waiting more than 1hr to be given the keycard and no room cleaning, you have to ask and call several times for cleaning.
During Jan is the peak season of umra, expect waiting line at kuday bus station to hotel around 30-40mins

GGuest UserSecurity staff, specifically the younger ones are quite rude. They aggressively single you out if you don't look stereotypically wealthy and demand your hotel card at C level.
The pictures here are after I told them to clean the bathroom. Not sure what the cleanliness standard is at this hotel when it comes to bathrooms.
I also pointed out to what looks like an insect breading nest, the cleaner spinner me a story and said it was paint.
Now that I've got the negatives out of the way. We lived the location. The room itself was up to standard, just one day, I had to call numerous times to get it cleaned.
The food at the restaurants were top quality. Really enjoyed it.

GGuest UserThey let us check in at 12pm and were very kind. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, body loation, shaving kit and teeth cleaning kit.

CCorienhopeMaashaallah tabaarakallah.. the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in makkah..the price is great, worth it. everything is excellent. The bus for haram is hourly. Waiting time for check in is smooth, and fast. The room is huge, specious, clean, complete amenities, super clean bathroom, super comfy bed, more pillows. The service was great and amazing.. special thanks to miss.Raneem for her kindness, for being nice to the guests.. and also to the receptionist miss Ro’a.. thank you for the consideration letting us to check out a bit late.. keep it up guys! We will go back and stay in This hotel again in sha allah.. from al-baha with love 🥰

GGuest UserIt was very good decision to stay in Park Inn during Eid as others shuttle service drop on middle of the road but park in Shuttle service drop us near the Haram so that we can walk and enter haram without any issue.It takes hardly 15 mints from hotel to reached Haram.
