AAsmhan alharbiThe hotel is beautiful and its location near the Haram is excellent, but the price is excessive. On top of the high room rate, parking costs extra. We paid 1600 for the room and an additional 240 SAR for parking.

The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

MMUHAMAD IQWAN BIN MAZLANAl Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic.

EEMY34First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

GGuest UserI was kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor with a beautiful view of the Clock Tower, along with a more spacious room. The staff were genuinely lovely and attentive throughout my stay. Having direct access to a shopping mall on the lower level was incredibly convenient, and the shuttle bus service was excellent and consistently reliable. Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish. You truly receive top-tier quality at very reasonable prices.

MMina LuzonI booked executive room & expect a great amenities , the toilet is way too small.I arrived in Makkah early and sent an email two days before my arrival if I Check in little early but the hotel appear to be clueless about my request. The receptionist can speak fluent English

GGuest UserAmazing stay Brother Ahmad and the sister at reception were both helpful. We got checked in at 4pm… as it was busy took slightly longer than usual. Room service was outstanding. Location is brilliant plenty food around. Would stay here again only 10min walk. Best hotel in area! Rate is 4 Star!!!
