2-Star Hotels in Makkah

Masha Allah everything was fantastic and staff was very cooperative, and hotel location very near just it take  3 to 5 minutes to reach haram , every single thing was fantastic, nice , cool , and main thing its very cheap as compared to other hotels around,

Hotel with very professional and respectful staff, I have rarely met a staff as welcome during my different stays in Mecca, Souvenir included in the price of the room , This was really top, very valuable choice yet thanks to the staff of the restaurant, Room a little in its juice but clean, you should still think of a total refreshment ( used SDB door etc ) The biggest problem in this hotel is its location compared to Haram, very see too far .... Before booking I had taken care of contacting the hotel to ask if a shuttle would carry to Haram I was told that the transport was available (cf screenshot from the discussion in attachment) But once on site we took the hotel minibus and this stoped us at the ''jamarat' station where we had to take a BONDE bus back and above all paying 8sar/pers to go to Haram , And for the very complicated return also because you need to call the minibus driver to come to see us at the ''jamarat'' station I would simply have preferred to know before . Another black point , we asked the household for 2 times , this was never done throughout our stay (7 days) In summary, hotel with an interesting price-quality ratio with a few points to improve, however, I think I will return to it in view of the points mentioned at the beginning of the opinion

The reception was lovely, the furniture moving service and cleanliness were all excellent, and the best part was the price. Thank you!
