GGalLo101just a fast scenario.(I just little bit upset,when i take shower theres no provided bath towel inside the room.,so i came over to the concierge and ask for the said items and its came fast)..anyway Thank you to all staff in kingsford hotel specially in the pool area i love the vibes and views.and the service and hospitality..highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

Kkat p fThe hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

AAnonymous UserA unit with two bedrooms! Very comfortable to stay and perfect for a group of family and friends. The room is amazing, it has enough equipment that you will need especially for cooking and utensils. Very convenient because it is also close to the main gate of Azure and has a beautiful pool view in a high floor.
