AautogirlI had a layover in Manila and stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and clean, offering good overall comfort. However, when checking out, you have to wait for them to inspect the room for any damage or missing items before you can leave. If you're catching a flight, you'll need to factor in extra time for this. This is quite different from another hotel we stayed at for our first Manila layover, where we just handed in the room card and left. Today, we had to wait at the front desk even though our taxi had already arrived. After some prodding, the front desk claimed a bathmat was missing from the room. That made us laugh because we noticed there wasn't one when we showered the night before, and we just didn't bother asking for it. In the end, we couldn't be bothered arguing and just headed straight to the airport.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

AAnonymous UserA unit with two bedrooms! Very comfortable to stay and perfect for a group of family and friends. The room is amazing, it has enough equipment that you will need especially for cooking and utensils. Very convenient because it is also close to the main gate of Azure and has a beautiful pool view in a high floor.
