"Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos.
The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy.
The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all.
Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!"

GGuest UserWe stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience.
MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good.
Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country).
2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary.
3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.
FFarah.benNice hotel with a great location near the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good equipped. The service was excellent. Only negative point was the noise of the cars outside (our room was on the side of a big street).
AAnonymous UserWe tried Nobu Hotel only because it’s near DreamPlay where our daughter celebrated her birthday. Our hotel experience wasn’t the best because of the delayed check in (though they tried to make it up for it later on), lifeguard was too strict even if the parents are literally holding the kids while in the pool, breakfast buffet was so-so, among other things.
The best thing about it though was our dining experience in Nobu Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing!
We’d probably come back just for the restaurant.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
