Paranaque Hotels with Gym

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay with Perfect Convenience! We had an excellent overnight stay at SAVÈA Bay City Manila. The location is absolutely perfect—it's within easy walking distance to both Ayala Malls Manila Bay and the City of Dreams, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. From the start, our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We also highly appreciated the free parking, which added great value to our stay. To top it all off, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious with a wonderful selection of food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free staycation in the Bay Area! We will definitely be back with the kids to try their pool.

I booked this hotel after reading many online reviews, mainly considering two factors: safety and no cockroaches. The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to MOA, and you can see Manila Bay from the room, though it unfortunately rained every day during our stay. There's a McDonald's, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, and the area feels a lot like Chinatown, which made us feel much safer. With security guards stationed at all four corners of the hotel, we felt comfortable venturing out for dinner in the evenings. It was very clean and quiet, with absolutely no cockroaches. Getting around with Grab was also very convenient. Next door to the hotel is a Chinese-owned shop offering nail services, massages, beauty treatments, and hair styling – they have a wide range of services, reasonable prices, and it's very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! The front desk service was excellent; they were responsive to all our issues. There's also a complimentary motorbike shuttle service that you can book, which was incredibly helpful. I really, really recommend this place.

Staying at this luxury penthouse hotel near City of Dreams was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like VIPs. The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort. The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach. What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

The place is not that bad but what makes it good is their staffs. One of the best service I received. Thank you again.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter. Sincerely, Cheryl ******** ******************* Bayshore phase 2
