JJeff-ChangExcellent location with a very welcoming and friendly front desk staff. The hotel feels very safe with armed security personnel on site. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and diverse. The swimming pool was clean. My only regret is not staying for a few more nights. Highly recommend!

The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay.
The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good.
Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country).
2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary.
3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a business trip. It strikes me as a lively, family-friendly hotel, which would be great for families with children. However, there were a few things that bothered me for a business stay.
First, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. The walls seem thin, as I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway. This noise was quite disruptive when I was trying to concentrate on work at my desk at night or get a good night's rest before a meeting the next day.
Second, the breakfast could definitely be improved. The selection was very limited, and for a business traveler looking to refuel in the morning, the lack of options was disappointing. Even for a quick, efficient meal, I would have appreciated a more nutritionally balanced menu.
While the hotel clearly caters to families, I would advise business travelers to bring earplugs and consider making alternative breakfast arrangements if staying here for work.

The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.
The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort.
The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach.
What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end.
If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
