GGuest UserStayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos.
The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy.
The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all.
Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe location is near to SM, TLC park. But if going to other places, need to take Grab, not easy to have Grab drivers take orders, and very serious traffic jam on the residence entrance main road.
Only wave swimming pool can be provided. Just pay attention to Gym and swimming pool are not provided to visitors only.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this property for one night, as we were passing through Manila on our way to our final destination, Dumaguete City. We had a good stay; the property has a pool, gym, and basketball court. It's also close to SM Mall of Asia. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was fine and filled us up. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a few nights.

The space was well-maintained and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable.

HHAIFENGIt's close to the airport, but it's inconvenient to use a car. The renovation of a small room belonging to a residential area, there is no problem for a single person, and friends may not be in the same building if they go together. The front desk is very hard to find, the kind that belongs to the personal type.

Bbraveheart23, I booked a queen room. For my sister and my brother inlaw so that they can relax before ate will go back to HONGKONG for work. At first the room is okay yet they said the room, I booked has problems with some like electrics💔. You put them. In another room yet 2 small separate bed then the shower room or the drainage of the room is clogged and the aircon is not working well its too hot so they put them again in another room, same room separate beds.. You ruined my sisters staycation 💔. Sunday my sister change room again because the room they gave the door is not working well can't be closed they said battery problems..Same room 2 separate single beds omg..the wifi is not good also i don't know but your service is so bad. You ruined my sister and my brother in laws staycation woth just offering sorry omg what kind of service is that💔...nakakagalit na ewan hiyang hiya aq na nagbook para sana maenjoy nila before ulit makabalik si ate sa hk...

the place of the room is not facing at the swimming pool view☹️that was sad .. because we love to stay at beranda and just chillin seeing the ambiance..
the security is strict that you can have a safe stay..

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
