We had a wonderful 4 days 3 nights stay at E’s Bliss Utopia Beach View and it was everything we expected + more. *The place*: Super cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The “Beach View” part is legit - waking up to the Azure sand beach + pool view every morning was so relaxing. Unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a short stay. *The host*: Special shoutout to the unit in charge. They were so attentive to our needs from check-in to check-out. Quick replies, helped us with our requests, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. That kind of service makes a big difference.. Overall, highly recommend E’s Bliss Utopia if you want a cozy, aesthetic unit with a responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

This place is great. Beautiful interior design. Great location and view. Amenities are great big swimming pool for free usage and free one Parking. Great for my family stay Host Gordon and Mary are perfect. Will come back again

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

The stay was a mixed bag, 3/5 stars overall. By far the biggest negative was the blatantly false advertisement of a Balcony - the actual reason we picked this unit over less expensive alternatives. Let me repeat there is NO BALCONY. The second negative which is milder was that initially, the owner sent a message threatening to charge a P100/hr ”late check in fee” for checking in after 6pm. None of this is mentioned on Trip.com's website. I complained about this and the owner agreed to not charge us for ”late check in”, and she didn't . Positives were a great housing complex, few attractions nearby except a mall, but facilities are excellent. The owner was very responsive to any problems or issues, replying almost immediately. Free lumpia Shanghai in the freezer was a nice touch, we bought some oil and fried it up! In short, a bit more honesty in advertising would earn more stars, but it was still a worthwhile stay.

The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort. The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach. What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

This place is UNICORN in Manila. My wife and I started our honeymoon at Simon's place. It was very chic and nicely decorated. We both felt very much relaxed The City of dreams casino just few steps away from this place, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, fountain shows. I heard there are more casinos and malls around but we might explore next time. We would highly recommend staying here and we would like to stay again on our next adventure in Manila. It was just what we both wanted from a place to stay, a good mix of home and away. We really loved the art and style that created a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Simon was very helpful and detailed with the process of checking in and making sure we were comfortable.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

The price is right for staycation. Complete basic kitchen utensils that you can cook while away from home. With refrigerator, aircon, cabinet and free wifi while in staycation. There are groceries near open 24/7. Near talipapa market, Mcdo, 711, Mercury drug and others. With 24/7 security guards at the gate. Friendly staff.

We checked in at 8pm and we were tired. We planned to stay for a night. The staff at the front desk took the photo of the booking confirmation which I booked via trip.com online. When everything I thought was ok, at 10:30pm , my husband and I were already fast asleep , and somebody from the staff of the hotel kept on knocking on our door just to ask for the booking confirmation. Without opening, I asked him if it would be ok the following day as we are already sleeping. But he keeps on knocking. It was an annoying experience for us. Plus tissue paper is not free. The location is not easy to find because the address is not accurate in the app. The contact number posted is not working. We opted to stay for a night and leave early the following day.
