Our stay at Conrad Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with high-end amenities, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate every day. Service at Conrad Makkah is truly world class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was elegant, and the staff attentive to every detail. Overall, Conrad Makkah exceeded our expectations in every way. It perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and convenience with the spiritual tranquility that every visitor to Makkah seeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. A really close hotel to masjidil haram, only takes 3-4 minutes walking to the umrah gate. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. The service was good from the entire staff, especially from the restaurant. The breakfast menu was varied and tasty. It has separated gym rooms between male and female, which is very good.

Excellent and comfortable in a wonderful psychological comfort, and the staff is excellent, I'm the first time I used the program perfect and easy.

Huge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!
