"The hotel is great and affordable. The location is good, only a 10-minute walk to the Haram courtyard. Getting to the Haram from the hotel is easy because it's downhill, but I always take the shuttle back to the hotel from the Haram. It's safe."

Great
AAdeel AzmatLocation: 10/10 just 5 mins walk away from King Faisal Gate which is the main one. Breakfast (suhoor) was good overall.
Ample taxis available at your doorstep so no need to walk around for one.
Best of all: no waiting for the lifts. All big hotels have this issue but here it was perfect. We went first 4 days of Ramadan so things were busy but still no issues.
Ssopia darliaSecond time staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful – the service, facilities, and the check-in process was easy and fast. Shuttle buses to Masjid al-Haram are available all the time. What's truly amazing is that the hotel offers a free Ziyarat tour to historical sites in Mecca every Tuesday.
Nnita88Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms.
The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.
JjkhxOur hotel room was spacious, however the old fashioned style gives an impression that the room isn’t very clean, and bathroom was mediocre. It isn’t too far from the Haram but it does require a 10/15 min walk through Anjum Hotel, and then another 5 minutes to get to Gate 79. One thing to consider is that the room doesn’t come with an iron and when requested from housekeeping, you cannot keep it your room permanently which is inconvenient. Overall, for the price, our stay was nice.
GGuest UserIt is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic).
Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window.
Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good.
Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile.
GGuest UserOur pilgrimage was meant to be seamless. Choosing your hotel, so close to the Haram—a short walk, as promised—felt like the right decision. The journey, however, took its toll before we even arrived: a delayed flight led to a six-hour travel ordeal, and we reached at the hotel exhausted but hopeful on January 10th.
That hope faded at the front desk. Despite our confirmed booking for two rooms from January 9th to 12th, hotel’s system showed a puzzling three reservations. I presented our single trips.com itinerary for both rooms, only to be told I needed two separate booking numbers. The conclusion was delivered with an apologetic shrug: according hotels records, we only had one room. For a family of seven, fresh off a long journey, the frustration was indescribable.
The proposed solution was to crowd all seven of us into a single room while they investigated. The room, we discovered, was disappointingly tiny—barely enough space for our luggage, let alone seven people. For four anxious hours, we waited in cramped limbo, our patience wearing thin. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved and our second room was granted on the same floor, few steps awayz
While we were grateful for the eventual fix, the experience was marred. We also noted that while the walk to the Haram was conveniently short, the path itself was unfortunately quite dirty, which detracted from the sanctity of the approach.
This wasn't just a booking error; it was a failure of hospitality at a moment when we were most vulnerable. The proximity to the Haram is the hotel’s advantage, but it must be matched by impeccable service and maintained surroundings to truly honor your guests' journey.
YYoz22The place of the hotel is amazing away from the crowd as I’d like to live in a calm, quiet area and it’s near to Al- haram. There are special buses that can take you back and forth. In addition the hotel ambiance , cleanliness and service is unremarkable.
NNahdiahThe hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return trip to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.
