"Near to Kaaba and very satisfied with the room. Even didn’t booked kaaba view, the city view was amazing. The breakfast menu were same everyday but after all the services was so good. Will try to book it again for another journey"

"Wow, what an amazing experience! Highly recommended. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location—just a short walk from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for Umrah. We were initially upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which was a great start to our stay. Later, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning during the hot weather. Mr. Hashim handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to an even larger and more spacious room. He also kindly extended our checkout time until 5:00 pm, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also generously offered us the choice of either dinner or breakfast. We chose breakfast, and it was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. At checkout, Mr. Hassan was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hashim, Mr. Hassan, and the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah."

"1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. "The room is spacious, very near to al haram approximately 5 mins walking, The receptionist, Mr Al Haritha is very kind, he give us early check in Except the bell boy, he quite rude and hold our car door request for more tips saying that the amount we gave him is not enough"

"Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car."

"Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day."

"Did not expect the hotel to be that old, only the bathroom was renovated. The room also kinda of smell musky, but Masha Allah the distance to the mosque is unbeatably close and convenient. This is most important for us, Masha Allah."

"Food excellent for what I paid. Not Jumeirah or Conrad standard but value for money yes. Room was really good for what I paid. Would have liked a rainfall shower but everything worked and room was clean and spacious. Front desk were helpful and kindly allowed me and early check in and 2 hours late check out which was great as my train was 5pm and normal check out was 12.00pm. I would stay again because if the price but when I usually visit Makkah with family we stay at Jabal Omar Hotels which are closer to the side of the haram we prefer. Its about a 5 min walk for someone myself but with family it will be more like 10 mins to the new extension of Harqm."
