I am very satisfied with both the hardware and the service. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the island by speedboat, which is very convenient. The scenery is also first-class. I like the water house very much. As soon as I open the door, I see the jelly sea. It is so beautiful. I took a lot of great photos. I am very grateful to the Chinese housekeeper Rose for her patience. Other foreign waiters are also very enthusiastic towards Chinese people. I will definitely come again if I have the chance. The happiness index is too high!

The hotel's lagoon is really beautiful, with fine white sand. There are not many fish in the lake during the day, but there are many fish under the pier at night, including manta rays and sharks, and many big blue fish. The owner of Heron Island comes here every day to stand at dusk. There are many crabs next to it, which is very interesting. There is a corner where seagulls are based, and many seagulls hold meetings here. There is a coral reef in the water in the northeast, with fish nearby and fish along the breakwater. It is enough for people who are not demanding of snorkeling and dare not go to deep water to play here. The swimming pool has exercises and yoga every day, as well as volleyball activities. It is nice to play with them, but it is quite hot if you don't go in the water. The orientation of the swimming pool makes this area windless. The bathroom next to the swimming pool and the bathroom outside the main restaurant have air conditioning. There is no housekeeper. On the day of check-in, a Chinese waiter received and explained it to us, and sent us to the room and never saw it again (the whole process took about 10-15 minutes). Other services are normal, and I haven't seen the housekeeping staff. If you don't tip, don't charge for this service. Of course, I don't think extra service is necessary. We like social phobia to have a sense of distance. Because we are always hungry from swimming and snorkeling, we ordered AI, not super AI, so it does not include a minibar. You can eat in 10 restaurants on the island, and some need to be booked. The main restaurant of this island has air conditioning in the morning and noon, but not in the evening. The breakfast is OK, much worse than the five-star breakfast in China, and even worse than some four-star breakfasts in Maldives... But it is much better than the breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant of Hilton next door. The buffet of Hilton is really shabby; lunch and dinner in the main restaurant are a la carte. We had three meals, and the products were pretty good. Steak was 68 dollars, lamb chops were 60 dollars (small, I ate 2 servings at a meal), and fish and chips were more than 20 dollars. All three were good. The three soups were average. Ice cream was 6 dollars each, and the vanilla one was delicious. In general, if you only order one or two meals and order food at other times, the main restaurant is good value for money. If you don't eat steak and lamb chops and don't drink, you can eat a full meal for $30 per person (pizza, fish and chips, and pasta are all $20-30). The Mexican restaurant has no air conditioning, so I didn't go there. The Thai restaurant has air conditioning, and the menu has photos. Don't order the chicken wings, which are unpalatable. They are salty, bitter, and woody. Don't order tuna, which is too little and fishy. Don't order roast beef, which is hard to chew and far worse than the steak in the main restaurant. Pineapple fried rice and Tom Yum soup are not bad, and the grapefruit and prawn salad is just so-so. Ice cream is $5 for two scoops, and the taste is average. I don't recommend it. Don't order coconut milk banana, which contains half of the sweet potato and strange purple sweet potato. I don't know how to describe it, but don't order it. In general, if you want to pay for food, the main restaurant is more suitable. Although it is a few dollars more expensive, it tastes better. Hard Rock Cafe is okay, with air conditioning all day, closed on Tuesdays. I feel the taste is similar to Shake Shark, which is basically $20-30 per serving. The portion is large, so it is more economical to pay for a la carte. The Chinese restaurant is not run by Chinese people, and we have plenty of Chinese food to eat when we go home, so we didn't go. Oliver has no air conditioning, so I didn't go. There are more Indian dishes here, so I didn't go. The drinks in the pool bar are very well mixed. I like sour taste, so I drink two glasses of New York sour every day. But the same drink in the main restaurant is not as good. There is also a coffee that is too bitter and I can't drink it. If the main restaurant has a seafood buffet, don't go, it's a mess. Don't eat at the Hilton's main restaurant (breakfast, dinner) buffet, it's extremely shabby! The Coke and Sprite in Maldives are made in India, and the taste is different from ours...

We stayed in two sand houses and two water houses, both were very good. The sand house was close to the spa breakfast, and there were bicycles at the door. The water house was even better, with an unbeatable view. We didn't participate in any sea activities, just ate, slept, and did spa to relax.

This is a less popular hotel with relatively few Chinese people. My friend and I had limited vacation time so we could only come to Maldives for 48 hours and stay for only one day. The hotel sent me an email one month in advance to confirm the itinerary and pick-up time. After getting off the plane, I found the hotel counter directly, and then someone took us to take the speedboat. The whole process was very smooth. The speedboat arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes, and then someone arranged for us to check in and introduce dining and entertainment, etc. The housekeeper we were assigned was not responsible. Of course, if you think the housekeeper is not good, you can completely not tip. But I met a beautiful ********* housekeeper and a beautiful mainland front desk who helped us a lot. Including helping us make reservations for three meals, giving us delayed check-out, etc. I feel very lucky to meet them both, thank you very much. There are very few people in the hotel, so whether it is eating, calling a car, playing on the beach, etc., the experience is very good.
