Long queue when checking in, one staff was assisting on check in only, during my turn to check in around 4pm, was informed that our room is not ready we still need to wait, asked few time on the duration that we need to wait, the ans i got was “not sure”, after that the receptionist mention 30min

The location is excellent. so near with Melaka centre and the unit that we stayed is very clean. However the service that we received during check in is so terrible. the receptionist at counter gave a long instruction verbally how to go to the unit. appreciated if it can be done either in whatsapp message or by a hardcopy paper. to find the dedicated car parking is worst. at the car parking card pass only mentioned the unit number and L1 26. but when we were at the parking lot, we cant find the unit car parking. we spent almost 1 hour to find the car parking unit due to the car parking signboard (actually is only a laminate A4 paper) were not sticked at the dedicated car parking unit. Luckily we find the car parking map location summary that shown the unit.
Also please alert that the check in is at 3pm and the check out at 11am!! if late check out, they will charge rm50 per hour.
