The room is clean, tidy, bright and spacious. The bathroom is clean and tidy without any odor. The front desk staff is friendly and enthusiastic. They solve problems in a timely manner. The front desk staff can communicate in Mandarin and introduce local food. This stay exceeded my imagination. It is a great hotel. I will continue to choose Terra Nova next time!

Jenny at the front desk was very nice and had a good service attitude. Every day before we went out, we asked if we wanted to clean the room. She had a holiday on Sunday, so she didn't clean it. The worst thing was that there was no refrigerator in the room, and the air conditioner was very noisy.
