Room is quit clean and spacious enough for small family. Hotel is very strategic whereby it’s walking distance to Kampung Morten and alongside with Melaka River Cruise. Really easy to find foods.

Hotel is situated at the town center, next to hotel is a shopping mall which only has few restaurants at the ground floor. checked in is fast, car park is not so convenience which has
to drive up to level 7 or level 8, and signboard in the car park was not cleared. Breakfast is good with many choice, staff are polite and helpful. The hotel room that I stay the door lock is not functioning, cannot be lock.

Nice hotel. Ive managed to get twin beds combined with bathtub!
Tv: Nothing much channels to watch. Theres Netflix & YouTube.
Bed: Nice & firm. But pillows too soft.
Toilet: Theres wear & tear. FLOOR IS TOO SLIPERY!
Aircon: Not so cold at night eventhou ive tried to decrease the temperature.
Breakfast: Ok. Nothing special. Same breakfast menu for my 2 days stay. Could be better. Can see the ground staffs are short of manpower.
Waterplay : my kids loved it,but the pool is too cold.
Overall : Its good here. Staffs are polite. Requests services are rendered promptly.
Would i stay here again? Maybe.

satisfied! this time we repeat again swiss gaeden no only because the pool also we love the food. must try nyonya laksa for breakfast.

Booked last minute due to my working schedule. It was my second stay since years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful and Aiman in particular helped me w directions to attractions and eateries nearby as i was having difficulty in getting a cab. Will be back for sure. Keep up w e great service!
