Bangunan hotel nya lawa tapi poor maintenance, lift ke parking rosak naik tangga utk ke lobby, tangga dan parking pun kotor. Lampu di lift tingkat 2 tak buka pd awalnya, bilik cadar katil bersih tapi toilet kotor. Lantai bilik pun melekit.Sayang hotel bangunan besar dan cantik,dan bilik banyak tapi macam tak di jaga.

We had a very long journey. So tired and just need some rest. As a hotelier, we do umderstand how basic customer service should work. But we had to experienced tragicly below basic service. Receptionist at front desk, not welcoming us with any greetings, suprisingly he even enjoyed singing out loud while doing our checked in. Saw notice mention regarding RM50 charges for late check out starting at 12.01pm. Its not been explain by any staff. We normally will check out before 12.15pm at any other hotels. Lucky i read it at the wall behind the counter. Our room at far behind the building. No clear direction to our room. Just saw wall with marker pen writing showing arrows. N more suprised when we saw our room condition as in the photo attached. Dirty floormate towel, bed was tucked like that and there is still baby pampers in the toilet bin. So i assume our room actually not ready for any guest to stay when the time shows it almost 4pm. So we both have to drag our luggage and bags down to find the receptionist again. He gave us another room, and blaming his collegue for marking in the system shows the room is ready. Obviously thats not our problem to know. Heart breaking when he don't even say sorry to us or try to make up anything to us. We checked out the earliest time the next day.

I can’t believe basin and shower will flood. Tower was dirty, only good thing is quite cheap. But can better.

First time staying here. Weekday is quite quiet. The room is not very clean. The toilet is also not very clean.

The front staff gave us an untidy room as the housekeeping has NOT cleaned the room yet (ROOM1835) so we claimed and asked for a new room which was slightly better but the room still stinks and the bed, the pillow, the blanket smelled so bad. The room did NOT provide any Amenities at all, luckily we brought our own.

It was peak holidays and the management didnt wanna spend the triple pay to the staff hence only one check in counter. The queue was so long and slow. After we received our keys, and in our room, suddenly our door was unlocked when our neighbor accidently used his card to unlock. The whole floor have key problems and need to wait for maintainence. In the end, our door cannot be locked and we waited and fight our way to have our room changed due to safety reason. The lift cannot be used. Terrible terrible hotel

I ask for the room near to the lift but the Indian girl ignore my request also when I ask the next shift man. Also of we want to shift room must checkout yesterday room before entering new one. Very unpleasant ways to entertain customers
