Very quiet, very clean, very peaceful. The location is within walling distance to jonker street, dataran pahlawan, A famosa and other tourist attractions.

Stained towels and bedsheet… faulty in room ac was leaking water. Luckily reception was nice to upgrade us to Exec level as they ran no longer have similar room type available. The upgraded room is the same size, same facing just on a higher floor. 😬 Other than the minor hiccups, it is relatively clean and good location. Properly used to be Novotel, so it is kinda dated and you cannot help but noticed wear and tear stuff in the room.

I arrived early and I wanted to safekeep my luggage. So I actually wanted to register for check in so that I can easily collect my keys afterwards when my room is ready. But sadly the staff insisted that I can’t do that. Ok sure. When it was 5pm, there’s a queue and the check in process was so slow. And if they need to photocopy documents for every check in, why not install the machine near the area and not at the back? Why can’t they speed up the process? Anyway, the room is decent, the room service menu looks alright. The lifts are slow :( only 3 lifts lol. You need to pay 5 ringgit to get a bucket of ice.

Most of the things left behind by the previous Novotel remained. Upkeep of amenities and the hotel was poor. Mattresses and pillows were terrible. TV selections only local TV channels, and unclear pictures. Internet connection drops every 2 minutes. Overpriced I would say.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. Clean and walking distance to amenities such as shopping mall.

Hotel location is good. Just that the check-in/check-out for tourist and non tourist should be separated. As tour group would jam the process for other customers. Also the access to the breakfast without verification of room key as my room has 2 breakfast and apparently someone just mentioned my room and enter the breakfast area. This is totally unacceptable

Trip was tired but staff was great. Happy to stayed there...

Just checked into Noble Resort Melaka – this place is a gem! Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and the rooms are comfortable. Location is super convenient! Totally worth staying for a chill getaway! 👌🏨

I booked and prepaid in full for my trip via trip.com. But upon arrival at the hotel, they still charged a deposit of 50myr to my credit card and also charged tourism tax of 2myr per night. I don’t understand why do I still need to pay a deposit when I’ve already fully paid for my stay beforehand. Thankfully the hotel was pretty clean and decent.

The location is fantastic. The room is clean and new. The only complaint I have is the single bed is a little too small.

Pros: - Near popular shopping areas and within walking distance to some of the popular tourist attractions - Rooms were spacious and housekeeping are always prompt to assist when requested - Nice swimming pool and gym at Lvl 5 with two complementary pool towel per rm. No lifeguard on duty though. Cons: - TERRIBLY SLOW internet speed. Need to pay for higher bandwidth. - Front desk can be more welcoming and provide service with a smile. Maybe it was due to peak period? - Requests made (early checkin and adjacent rooms) when booking, were unmet. - Conceirge didn't assist with the luggage. Seems they only attended to those folks who drove up to lobby. Not those who arrived by coach (it was just my family, btw). In general, expected better customer service and staying experience with the price paid, and will consider other hotels nearby the next time we visit.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. Rooms cleanliness is exceptional as I see dirts on carpet upon arriving. Mini fridge not cold despite reported to the staff twice. Toiletries holder inside the shower room drop, and we were lucky didn't hit my children. Meanwhile, we were recommended to try their room service by giving us an RM5 discount voucher by the reception staff. However, when we scan the QR code menu for in room service, it is not available at all times. Nevertheless, staff from the concierge, reception, and tele operators were excellent. Keep up the good service.
