The main problem is the lift. Waited more than 2hour but still can not use the lift. Me and my family have to go down to the lobby using stairs from level 30 to ground floor.

Overall superb! Got same facilities with SwissGarden, pool, gym, plus the breakfest are good, worth every cent. Better add kids next time, only 15 ringgit. Also location are near to Jonker Walk n Little India, the room are spacious also

Nice and excellent to stay there. Locate at strategic area, in front of Melaka River. Good is Super Delicious and value for money to eat and stay there. 👍👍👍❤️❤️ I will repeat stay here.

1)Aircond not cold as it should. Maybe lack of service.
2) water pressure very weak. Since they assign me at level 32, I believe the pressure is tired to climb up.
Please help to disseminate this feedback to management.
And looking for some improvement for 5 star rate.

cold pool water. I'm sorry my child is shaking. And the pool in the hotel is also slippery, you have to be careful walking for fear of falling
