I really enjoyed staying here, the room is spacious and comfort. Just some part there is dust on cabinet and on the floor. The swimming pool is attractive and i have best experienced during breakfast with good food and friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable, and the room offered a beautiful city and river view, especially at night. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is close to many popular attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and local food spots, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time traveling. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and other recreational areas. Everything was clean and well organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and their hospitality made the experience even better. Everything was okay. The room was clean, the pool was big, and the best part was that all the breakfast food was delicious. The Nyonya laksa was especially good! The only downside was having to wait a long time for the elevator when going out and during check-out.

The room was spacious and bathroom was large. However, the lift service needs improvement. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for a lift on several occasions, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, the signage from the car park to the check-in lobby was unclear, making it difficult to find our way.
