We have always stayed in this hotel everytime we holiday in Malacca. The hotel is central with food easily available n walking distance to Jonker street n the town centre. Hotel room always clean n spacious. Parking available behind the hotel. Staff polite n friendly.

整體不錯，但當天剛好遇到大團的觀光旅客，
導致早餐七點用餐時間就已經幾乎空盤．
建議旅店若有接洽團體客可以讓其分批用餐，
用餐體驗會更好一些

Having bad experience with the front desk as have to wait for more than 10 minutes for checking out, but the other tourist guest can just cut queue and the front desk staffs did nothing on this. Besides that, the front desk staff also ask for payment again even though has told them i have paid full amount via trip.com during check in. The breaskfast was also a disaster and the management does not proactively anticipate and make arrangement for accommodating a huge tourist groups. Foods and drinks are not enough, and have to wait sometimes to get a seat for breakfast.. This hotel management is getting from the best to be the worst hotel in Malacca.. Real disappointments!!!
