On the whole, a bit of disappointment..the toilet drain water was stuck as a result when shower water flooded on the floor. The bed was less cushion not so comfortable

Not a hotel, a service apartment which did not provide daily mineral water bottles. Stayed for 3 nights (4 days), when I requested for new towels, they didn’t provide saying that it is a service apartment and they will only replace the sheets and towels after 7 days. I think this is unfair, if I knew I should have booked separately the 3 days so I get new sheets and towels for 3 days. On the second day, no new drinkable water bottles were provided. No clear signage on where to go to check in, we went 3 rounds in the building (paid RM6 twice) each entry on the gantry. Needed to ask 3 different people before we are directed to the Perfect Host office. I suggest to put up large signages since this ‘service apartment’ is in an underdeveloped, abandoned, and empty shopping mall. Bathroom area drain is clogged- it floods through the toilet, needed to report on the second day to get fixed. The sink is also clogged— drains very slow. I reported on the second day, but it was NOT fixed. I used the washing machine, I almost slipped because ir flooded the kitchen area— most likely the drain overflowed/backflow. Cleanliness- poor. The sheets and pillows/pillowcases all didn’t smell fresh. With water stain marks on the walls near the toilet. No cable when we checked in, their reason was it is raining. But take note, it rained on day 1 and day 3 when we were there. It wasn’t every day. So I think just made an excuse. This has a good view, and complete amenities: kitchenette, washer, and refrigerator. But other than that, the whole experience wasn’t great. I will not go back here.

All is good except for the air condition turn off by itself. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating for 2 nights straight. The room has a fan but the remote controller is not working and it stuck at low speed. Please improve, my room number is B-16-18

Heater not function, there’s additional fees for parking. Rm6 per entry. For restaurant, only has mamak restaurant for halal restaurant. We go there by walking along the street. Mall is not ready yet

Checkin mudah di kaunter dlm bangunan,parking pay rm6/entry,ada market di bawah block B,deposit rm100,bilik okay sejuk iron dryer ok function,channel tv lari² sikit cuma alas kaki depan toilet basah & bau masam bila masuk bilik.
