Check in and check out was a breeze. The place was rather old. Need some Reno.

The hotel is situation at a great location - within walking distance of all tourist attractions at a budgeted price.

Helpful friendly reception. Location close to historic centre yet in a more modern area with lots of stores restaurants. Room is cleaned daily. Great value. Best to choose front facing room as there’s no noise from the ac units though it’s busier outside with traffic. Laundry service is fast and and there’s a laundromat round the corner for cheaper service. No lift and staircase can be a bit challenging for the elderly and it can sometimes be a bit smelly there too

Did not expect much for the prices paid but staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Kam for helping me with the phone charges which I had forgotten to bring along late at night. Keep it up.

Stay here and booked for 2 bed room(1+1) Even no window,but the place was so strategic.Will come again ASAP

The hotel is good, clean, staff is friendly. only the parking is hard to find. but overall good bcs it nearby the shopping mall & other food stores

Friendly and sincere receptionist. Near Parkson Shopping centre. Opposite the hotel is a Kotean BBQ restaurant. Recommended for couole and family who travel on a budget.

Best hotel (budget) that very close walking distance to dataran pahlawan. Parking quite troublesome since no hotel parking available. Room ok..no compliant
