Toilet cleanliness need to improve. We are having problems to locate the apartment, should have let guest know that the Apartment is in MAHKOTA service apartment at the beginning. The signage of Jetty Suites cannot be seen from outside.

Run down and the toilet was dangerous with broken down plumbing. Refer to picture attached. Looks good outside but inside is quite bad

The hotel management is very supportive of requests and listens to feedback with actions. Some electrical appliances may need to be upgraded though.

The room is old and rundown. Need maintenance and refurbishment. The pool is not clean and full of sands on the floor tiles. Everything need to be change!

Book a 2 bedroom apartments. The room are okie and big. Unfortunately for the price i am paying I am able to get better upgraded rooms. Your room has to go for renovation already, i believe its already ageing and old. Flooring coming off, toilet look old and rundown Wardrobe look old , Kitchen area look like in the 80s. The only best part of the room I would say its a sea view but the view of the condo is also rundown. Time to upgrade not only the room but the whole condo. Definitely will not return unless upgraded Nonetheless the guy whom pass me the key was great and friendly but the security guard suck as I was denied entry at first and had to spend also 30min waiting for them to check.
