Booked for my mom stay during her solo visit in Melaka. Not the most convenient location for sightseeing but the location is decent for quiet night sleep with a comfortable bed

An old and outdated hotel. Room quite spacious and near to tourists attractions. Unpleasant toilet condition, water heater and air cond malfunction. Eerie and gloomy.

Good hotel with large room. Price is reasonable. Near to river and easy to find food.. got a lot of ants in the bathroom. And got something smelly when u just enter to lobby (smelt like strong wet carpet).

We have a great moment at Prima Hotel Malacca. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was nice, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Pro - near jonker street, near shore, near river cruise, easy access to museum, a farmosa ...value for money. Con Limited parking

front service is good and friendly. building is old yet still look new affordable hotel for everyone

This hotel could be a 4 star horelbecause of the location. But it is out dated.

So far ok lah . Cuma parking susah nak cari . bilik air pun air panas takde . aircond kurang sejuk. boleh perbaiki lg. Papepun ok la.

Sink is very dirty, other no too matter, hope cleanliness will be improve , I know this not 4 or 5 star , but I really hope cleanliness hotel for comfortable

This hotel is very in a good strategic place!!! Love how we can have a stroll at night to the riverside, in the evening having cendol at warung just infront of hotel, and chinese coffee shop beside it. With a reasonable price. Recommended. But, they can improve on their cafe cleanliness. I believe they can do better.

The service is okay but the facilities is not good as I expected. They did not provide the tooth brush , tooth paste and shampoo.

Good to stay in a budget hotel.

The hotel location at Jalan Kee Ann. Near to Riverside Melaka. Room service is satisfactory. The air-conditioning is cold. Parking provided at the hotel area. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very close to street food, bar, restaurant, Jonker Street & Melaka River Walk. Just walk & Can use shortcut to go there. The room & toilet was big, clean, Aircond is good even 30c, Staffs are friendly & the there are many TV's channel u can watch with clear screen👍🏻 Price of hotel room really cheap. Wi-Fi’s is good. There is lift servicing the three floors. I believe they are currently renovating their rooms to better serve guest. Surely will book again. Thank for the lovely experience.
