The reason I chosen this hotel were because of the EV chargers right below the lobby. Front office service can be improved especially the ladies who seems lack of motivation in their duty. Room is clean and location is good with many restaurants nearby.

It was a relatively clean hotel. The towels were just bath towels. You could see the Straits of Malacca from the window. Breakfast was served in a different building to the room we stayed in, which was a bit inconvenient. There weren't many options for breakfast. I think it would be fine to just stay there without meals. Overall, I think the hotel is worth the price.

This is the worst time I was cheated. I don't know where all the trolls in the comment section came from. They posted photos of their swimming pools one by one. The one with the swimming pool is newly opened next to it, and this one is old. The facilities are very poor, there is nothing, not even an ice bucket. They actually asked me to spend money to buy ice cubes myself. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in Malaysia, no doubt about it
