Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy.

Disgusting!!
The entire hotel room was filthy everywhere, looking as if it had never been cleaned at all.
And ridiculously enough, even the wall paintings were hung crookedly.
We are couple and they only provided with us one Mark Cup…. Speachless….

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Room service was efficient; with the hot weather, I requested water at least twice a day, and it was always delivered quickly. The breakfast was especially generous, offering Chinese, Western, and Malay options to suit different tastes. The service was attentive, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommended.

It's an old property. The price was quite high for the holiday season; booking half a month in advance cost double! Turns out, there was no need to book so early! It was such a bad deal... Now I see the price is 300 including breakfast, but I paid 900 for two days without breakfast by booking ahead – what a loss! There's no sea view, the afternoon sun bakes the room, and the air conditioning barely works. Probably just an old hotel.

Loved the service of all staffs especially the very polite Concierge Team! Always greeting and smiling whenever the open the door. Housekeeping team was good too. When we called for extra towel.. they came up swiftly! Location is the best! Very near the malls. And on Fridays, there is a pasar malam infront! Superb!
Only downside is, the hotel is a lil run down. The curtains and headrest on the bed was a lil dirty. Everything else was okay.
