Strategic location but please renovate the walls and bathroom. The wall cover has been torn off and the bathtub is not working. Pay dearly for 1 night. The others are ok. If possible, have a scrubber and air dryer ready.

worst experience. Didnt manage to snap a picture for the room but the room really bad. Water heater not function. The bed stinks. Check out early cause can’t sleep. Have inform the receptionist through whatsapp that we check out early and left the key in the box provided for early check out since receptionist is not in the counter, deposit refund is late and the staff not even pick up call or reply my whatsapp when I follow up about the deposit.

Hi, we taught had booked a hotel room at Grandeur Hotel & Spa but end up with a shoplot rooms wt a different budget hotel under same management so called "Avaria Hotel". Its just a queen size bedroom provided not as booked room earlier, don't have lift only staircase to 2nd flr so get ready to carry your heavy luggage & pls purchase mineral botol since u have to walk downstairs to refill fr waterfilters provided, bedsheets looks quite old but ok clean... Just nice for a night stay, bathroom is ok wt hot shower filter, nearest food restaurants & a strategic place to city centre

Best experience in Melaka, book a hotel with full payment and yet need to sleep in car by the road side. How pathetic.
Check in policy 3 pm to midnight, reaches the hotel at 2330 and denied for a stay in the hotel. The hotel then refer us to another hotel under the same management, also no room is available. So we went back to the actual hotel where the staff only unpolitely mentioned that they could just refund the amount paid.
This hotel is really irresponsible for a hotel booked and it will not be a choice for a stay in Melaka when having such experience in a lifetime.

Really bad experience, our room blackout at 4am, no receptionist and hotel staff on standby, hot, hard to brief (window can’t open) and dark.. really suck.. receptionists open 8am-12am only… will not book this hotel again
