The reception team were exceptionally friendly!
The hotel Is nice. It was very clean and the room was good. There are a few things that could be renovated, like the plug socket and shower head, but I would stay again.
There was apparently an issue with the aircon which they informed me about when I checked in, but this was never an issue.
The location is exceptional. It is a 30 second walk to Jonker street and there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cultural attractions in every direction you walk from the hotel.
Great find, would recommend.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and efficient.
The room was nicely decorated and furnished, and I particularly enjoyed the exposed brick - it gave the room a historic feel.
The free breakfast provided was decent although I'm not sure why this wasn't advertised clearly.
The room was on the small side but taking into consideration how near the hotel is to Jonker Street, it's was more than reasonable. Even though the hotel is barely a 30-second walk to Jonker Street, there was no noise to be worried about.
The shower randomly stopped working as I was taking a shower around midnight, but the water supply came back on about 10mins later. Not too sure what that was about but I wasn't too bothered about it.
Overall, I had a great experience staying at Timez Melaka Hotel and I'd consider staying here again if I return to Melaka.

Advantages: 1. Good location, close to Chicken Street and many attractions, convenient for eating
2. Thank you to the service staff from March 1st to March 2nd, the gentleman on the day shift and the lady on the night shift.
3. An unexpected breakfast for two guests. It’s simple but delicious.
4. The room is clean and tidy and there are capsule coffee refills
5. NT1500 per bowl, high CP value
Disadvantages: 1. The hair dryer is very poor. You should buy a new one for guests to use.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this clean, spacious and pleasantly decorated room. The hotel is excellently located in a quieter street just metres from the main action along Jonker street. And they threw in free breakfast too during our stay. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is also safe and secure.

The hotel is not very new but it is clean! The location is convenient, the waiters are very polite, you can park your car for free, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient.

Location was very central to Jonker and convenient to access. Parking in the open area required a bit of a walk. Photos of the room should be updated with the latest photos as the photos doesn't look exactly like how it is currently. It's a little more run down than expected.

The location is very convenient, just inside Jonker Street, and most attractions are within walking distance. There is a night market on weekends, so you can go shopping and eat as soon as you go out. The front desk was very welcoming and the room was quite clean. It actually includes free breakfast for 2 people, and we recommend the waffle sandwiches. The disadvantages are that the room is relatively small, there is only one TV, and one of the main lights in the room is broken. However, I went back to sleep at night, so the impact was not big.
