The spa service in bathroom not function. Internet not strong, when loading the smart tv, the movie keep loading. The breakfast a bit disappointed. It is ala cart instead of buffet. Menu mentioned sausage but no sausage in our breakfast but never informed. At the same time the hash brown super oily and soft instead of crispy.

The hotel location is nearby Jonker streets. Quite place and I have a pleasant stay. But receptionist can be more welcoming and helpful. Our room smells like moldy odour.
