Facing the river, it is within walking distance of tourist attractions. The spacious layout around the courtyard gives it a resort feel. The front desk staff were very friendly and made for a stress-free stay.

A shout out to Mr. Redzuan of Front Desk who assisted me with the check-in process & even went the extra mile to ensure that service was at its best especially for my 85 year old mom. Thanks, Mr. Redzuan & other staffs who had helped my mom by providing a wheelchair, etc . Everything (including front desk staffs & guard) at the hotel was great. We also received a complimentary raya cookies, which was really unexpected. My mom was thrilled with d service, too. Kudos & keep up the great job👍

Very beautiful hotel. It fully meets my expectations. The location is very good. It is near Jonker Street. The hotel is built along the river. It is also very beautiful at night. It is highly recommended. If I have the opportunity to go to Malacca, I will definitely stay there again.
