Nice hotel with nice breakfast with good location.Near by food court is good.clranness is good and staffs are nice .

I had a pleasant stay at Hallmark. The room was clean and big. The facilities partially felt a little old like the rooftop. It is a 15-20min walk to the tourist center, so a little offside if you are traveling by foot, better with a car or motorcycle. Insider info: right across the street is the green cafe, from a lovely old couple with some amazing breakfast!!! Go check it out.

A hotel located near attractions and eateries. The room is clean and cozy.

Basically it’s a Budget Hotel, the room was small. The toilet needs some maintenance e.g. Sink bowl clogged, door rotting from below. Car parking is limited, late comers need to park along hotel surrounding. Overall rating 5/10. 🤔 Still Melaka has many food areas to enjoy.😊

Good hotel with good maintained cleanliness

First is the TV CHANNEL, don't have 8TV, only have Malay CHANNEL. The Room 1307 we stay got ants 🐜 every where. At night the electricity cut off and trip so many times. Change to another room....whole night got the disturbing noises like tik tak..tik tak at room 1317. Very irritating 😒

Good location with plenty of parking space within the hotel compound. Room is ok. Good water pressure. I like this hotel 👍🏼

Hotel Hallmark is a convenient location to be in 1) ~10-15mins walk to Makiota Parade and other big shipping malks 2) another 5-10mibs walk to Malacca's heritage center, jonker street etc 3)Price for hotel room is good during promotion too

I have pleasant stay after tired with long journey. I sleep peacefully. Room not so big not so small. Clean room. I have all basic things i need. Private parking. Welcoming with soothe music. Fast checked in. Professional staff at the front desk. Smile on the face. Fast action when we highlight about the defused table light. Clear direction to the room. All seems nice for the first experienced with them.

HOTEL VERY GOOD AND NICE . HAVE A NICE POOL AND DESTINATION TO MUZIUM ONLY TAKE 5 MINUTES FROM HOTEL . I WILL REPEAT AGAIN AND TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO COME THERE.
