No frills stay, centrally located, everything was walking distance, well maintained hotel, I must thank Roshan Dilshad and his wonderful, polite and courteous staff for making me feel like I was at home, very attentive service, Roshan even helped me to book few day trips, my flight was at 9pm, I was supposed to check out at 12pm, they kindly let me stay until 5:30pm, next time if I visit Maldives, definitely I will choose this hotel.

From the second we got there - we were treated amazingly! From the check in process to the room to everything in between - the start of our honeymoon couldn’t be more spectacular. First the service - very attentive and helpful, and they had all these special treats for us because it was our honeymoon. Second the room - feels like a NY high rise but every inch was meticulously planned with a balcony and ocean view - it was the best. The front staff are very helpful, we got to explore the capital a bit before leaving which was a great experience - such a rich culture! The food was amazing as well - the dinner was so tasty, and the buffet breakfast included was phenomenal. We can’t say enough good things about this place. 10/10!!

My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

We recently stayed at Saii Lagoon, and I can't say enough about this place. The property is simply wonderful, and the staff is exceptional. Had such a wonderful relaxing time, beautiful rooms and luxurious bed linen. Friendly service and laid back vibe! Ideal if you want somewhere relaxing. It has really been a wonderful and unforgettable experience especially to the following staff Areef - Housekeeping - Absolute Top guy with heart and manners Kanna & Sandy - in Thai Restauarant -Kinkao - Providing Top Notch Service Anil - Olive oil (Breakfast) - Chef who made us indian food of highest Quality at Short Notice RED - In Front Reception - Very Patient, Polite and Helpful Vicky- You dropped us off on our last day to the Boat area, with superb coordination with the Reception staff and your support during our stay was greatly appreciated. Alisha - in Pool Bar area /Pizza Place - Such a wonderful and Helpful Service. AND Ismail / Isse - Reception - WHAT can I say ? I forgot one of my Main Meds at home (London) - Within minutes , YOU (Ismail/Isse ) had it all covered. This guy went to Male , got the Medicine, handed it to his colleague who was coming to evening shift to the Hotel and within very short space of time - I had my Medicine - Absoulte TOP MAN and anybody who I have forgotten, you were ALL great- Hope to be back soon

We stayed here for the second time before catching our flight home after a dive trip. It is fine for one night, the room was clean and the air con worked great. This island is man made, so space is at a premium. We booked a twin in the hope that we might have a bit more bed space, but the floor space was not really big enough to have both our dive bags open at the same time. However the staff were absolutely delightful. The rooftop restaurant was really nice and the food and service was great. We had to leave at 5.15 and there was a lovely breakfast spread out with yogurt and juices and fruit beautifully presented. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

advantage: The price is cheap, the location is excellent, not far from the airport, there is a free pick-up and drop-off, including breakfast. Overall, our stay was unpleasant. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. When we entered the hotel they essentially made us feel that we were unwelcomed. No smile, no hello, nothing! I have never experienced this level of hospitality in my lifetime. Room size We had booked a ”Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View” (booked almost 1.5 months before) and it was supposed to be one of the best rooms in this hotel (2nd best to be precise). The room was tiny and couldn't even accommodate our luggage. Bed size It was supposed to be a ”large double bed” but it was tiny that we couldn't sleep well. We had 5 years old - already mentioned while booking. They could have simply rejected our booking by saying that the bed would not accommodate a kid. Bathroom and accessories It was again very small. There was nothing. No hand towel, soap, toothbrush, or sleepers. There was a shower gel and a shampoo. And some tiny lizards in the bathroom which was scary for my kid to use the washroom. I must mention that one of the staff was helpful in getting rid of one of those lizards we encountered and I had to shoo the rest of them away by myself. Pricing on Booking.com We paid 336$ for two nights on booking dot com and expected better rooms and services but the actual room cost which I got to know at the hotel was only 80$/night which explains why the services were not great. Booking dot com definitely fleeced us. You can directly reach out to the hotel to book the room if you're interested. Also, we had planned to spend two days in the city to explore after spending a few days on a private island. Though one day was enough to explore the city! Overall, it is a 2-star hotel and not recommended for a family. Good for solo travellers for a short stay (not more than a night). I would not recommend this hotel to a couple! The only positives were the sea view from the room and the location.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were so welcome by so the staff. The resort itself is beautiful and kept really well. This is high quality resort with a very personalised touch. Shohel, our house keeper, made such a difference and was very courteous and thoughtful. We stayed for our anniversary and was met with such a beautiful display. The room was quite spacious as we stayed in an overwater villa and was quite private. The beautiful reefs are worth exploring. All the activities in the resort are so much fun and the staff make it much more enjoyable filling in any knowledge gaps and answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying as we’ve decided we’d love to come back in the future.

First of all, I would like to thank Ctrip for its services. It is true that the big brand is trustworthy. But this hotel is an unreliable hotel. If possible, go to another house. Near the airport, Paradise Island, Full Moon Island, or Bandos Island can be reached by speedboat. When I was picked up, I was asked to wait by the side. Then when I was sending off the plane, I had a flight at 9 o'clock. He told me to go to the airport at 6 o'clock. I said that I would go to see the dolphins with your hotel group. They didn't care, saying that the boat would not wait for me. But this group of people will definitely not be on time, it will definitely exceed 6 o'clock. In fact, they and Dolphin Sightseeing are both in the same hotel. They didn’t even know when the Dolphin Sightseeing came back, and then they said no to me without thinking for a second. It made me boring all day. Later, I asked myself, and the dolphin tour will be back before six o'clock. The staff at the recreation hub is much better than the cold-blooded people at the front desk. There are island hopping tours here, but because this hotel is inherently few people, each project requires more than 6 people to go, and many projects are not enough for people to go. The difference between the garden room and the superior room is the first floor and the second floor. The crows on the trees outside at night are very noisy and can’t stand it. This island is the cheapest island fee, 85 US dollars, wifi is very poor, slow to death, you must first buy a data card in the Maldives. The waiter is not good, don't come, go to Sheraton Full Moon Island or Pantos Island, Bandos is about the same fee, 93 dollars, but the diving there is beautiful, the room price is about the same, but the service of others is good. It costs $43 per person to go back and forth to Bandos. You can only practice snorkeling here, there are many reefs, it's a small island, and it discriminates against the Chinese, and the service attitude is so bad. Everyone Chinese, don't come here. I regret coming. I should spend more money to stay in other hotels. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. The breakfast place is open-air and the photos are beautiful.
