Excellent third return trip. It is a family run hotel and it is spotlessly clean. George and his family make you feel very welcome. The food and drinks at the hotel are good value for money, and Harris is always there with a smile whilst he serves drinks. The location is perfect. It is near the ***** and the beautiful Old Town. We have met lots of nice couples and families who were also return guests.

Amazing family ran hotel. Everyone is really friendly, and go out of their way to look after you. Food choices, and quality of food were great with the all inclusive package. Would definitely return, it was great value for money and we had a great holiday here.

The owner clearly has no regard for customer service. Firstly the hotel has no car park as despite it claiming to have one. The hotel is understaffed as there was no one present at reception to check in. The rooms are average at best and the cold shower isn’t cold at all.

We have just returned from our second visit to the Maria Rousse. Everything about the Maria Rousse is first class, rooms,cleanliness and facilities. George and Barbara and their staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is one to remember. Special thank you to Jill's soul mate Maria who made our evenings special with her wonderful sense of humour and caring nature. We will definitely be returning for a third visit. John and Jill xxx

Very nice grounds and well kept. The first room we stayed in was small with a view of the car park. Fortunately George kindly moved us to a better room with a seaview after a couple of days. When booking we were not informed by Jet2 that there was a choice of room standard. The bar staff were very friendly Maria and Harris especially. We did have to ask for some toilet roll as our room wasn't cleaned after 3 days and it was only cleaned 3 times during our stay. Extra charge for air con and safe adds up also. If you're staying late on departure day and don't have your room, keep hold of a towel as they won't provide any for a shower. Food was average at best. Decent location and generally clean.

Gorgeous hotel not far from the main ***** in Malia. We went second week of May so it wasn't too busy and stayed bed and breakfast. There was a good choice of breakfasts and if you are self catering you can get a full English at the pool bar as well as other snacks. There are 2 pools and 2 bars - we favoured the bottom pool area. Hotel is family run and they are all really lovely and friendly as are all the other staff. We found our room always spotless and the hotel is always really clean. We will definitely stay here again and found no faults at all :)

Un hôtel qui pourrait passer inaperçu par rapport à d autres plus grands hotels mais il n en n' est rien . Le cadre est tout juste magnifique. Il y a deux belles piscines , des transats de bonnes qualités et un environnement arboré très bien entretenu Pour ce qui est de notre chambre , la literie est d une excellente qualité , et les oreillers très moelleux . La kitchenette est très pratique ( bouilloire, grill pain et autres accessoires mais manque un peu de rangements quand même. L environnement est très calme malgré la proximité avec la route principale et les commerces et bars/restaurants Je mettrais quand même deux petits points à améliorés, la taille de la terrasse et de la kitchenette qui mériterait d être un peu plus grandes pour 3. Nous y passons un excellent séjour et je n hésiterait pas y revenir lors d' un autre voyage

The staff are always helpful and amazing particularly maria in the bar who was really professional with a very difficult guest who was very rude and she remained polite and helpful despite him being very agitated and nasty to her, I highly recommend this hotel

I went to this hotel with my friends it was terrible the person who owned the hotel is a very horrible person he was rude to me and my friends as soon as we go there, just because we was a group of lads. I would not recommend staying here at all nothing good about it and they also had are id for 3 days which just did not sit right with me. Also they did not clean my room everyday. just not a good hotel
