"Room with Jacuzzi not to be missed, modern and refined decoration, spacious room. Terrace with Jacuzzi and sea view (attention building under construction to take into account even if it does not obstruct the view). Impeccable cleanliness, very friendly common place, always free deckchairs. Small restaurant with low prices and open all day. All this not far from the hustle and bustle of Malia. Honestly excellent value for money."

"Great location but that is about all. Our room was like a prison cell, shower area was disgusting! And you would be very lucky if you had a hot shower in the morning also you could only use shower as hand held as no bracket! Stayed 11 days and only had 2 hot showers in all that time! Did complain but was told that because it was cloudy the day before the water tanks hadn't warmed the water HUH!! What an excuse. No wifi unless you sit by the pool Go cheap you certainly get what you pay for"

"From the moment we entered the hotel it took us 15 minutes to even see a member of staff. When the manager came down to check us in he was EXTREMELY rude to the point I genuinely thought he could be putting on some sort of act or joke. I was there with 5 male friends and from the get go he began immediately insulting us and when we asked what his problem is he let us know he’s more than happy to immediately kick us out and keep our money. His attitude and behaviour was abysmal and by this point all we had done was walk into the hotel and wait ages to see someone. When anyone of us would attempt to speak to him he would tell us to “shut up or leave” and this was still whilst we were attempting to check in, this is when we called him out on his attitude and his threats were made. “You don’t like my attitude? Leave, f*ck off”. An absolute immature rude man-child, we are paying customers of your sh*tty hotel, at least give us a slither of respect. We noticed he would only ever do this to male customers and witnessed him acting the same way to other groups of lads. You could practically whisper in your room and he would come up and give you a noice complaint and threaten to kick you out. He needs to be shut down, fired and banned from working in any hospitality roles, it’s a shame because the actual hotel itself wasn’t bad but was completely spoiled by his constant rude immaturity"

"When i arrived to the hotel, i was not treated well and she spoke to me horribly the staff was awful and rude and the rooms was a mess, this hotel needs to be investigated as there was bodily fluids left in the room on the pillow, do not go here it is awful"

"Lovely grounds once on the place and very close to beech. Lovely staff and rooms were fine. Breakfast was lots of eggs so be prepared for that. It just got a bit more of the same but we made the most of it. We went here just to get some sun for 2 weeks but probably won't go back to Malia. But I stress the complext was fine. Lovely pool"

"Just returned from another fantastic holiday at this amazing hotel. We had a newly renovated family room which was lovely. They have done a brilliant job. The shower is fab. The family that run this hotel are just amazing Maria & Aristea are so lovely, they looked after us so well. I'm so glad we discovered this hotel 9 years ago now. We are so lucky to have met such a wonderful family and we can't wait to return again next year ❤️"
