Wij verbleven 8 dagen in een 1 kamer studio op de begane grond. De ligging is goed lekker rustig en toch maar een paar minuten van het strand en de winkels en restaurantjes. Ook de bushalte is dichtbij (500 meter) ,erg handig daarmee kun je naar andere plaatsen zoals Gouves, Chersonissos en de hoofdstad Heraklion. Je kan in de buurt ook een auto huren. Wij hadden goede bedden, het ontbijt is buiten onder de overkapping bij het zwembad en werd aan tafel geserveerd (is dus niet in buffetvorm ) en bestond uit broodjes, geroosterd brood, ei, griekse yoghurt , fruit en cake dus ruim voldoende. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. 2 minpuntjes: om de 4 dagen schone handdoeken dit had wel vaker gemogen en betalen voor de airco terwijl dit toch echt geen overbodige luxe is dus beter standaard bij elke boeking. De douche is niet groot maar dat hadden wij al in de referenties gelezen en was voor ons geen probleem. De prijs/kwaliteit vonden wij prima. Kortom wij vonden het een heel fijn verblijf.

Within walking distance of the center, but still nice and quiet. Nice spacious rooms. Cleaning is done 6 days a week. Enough space at the pool. Simple, but good bar for an afternoon snack. Child friendly. On the ground floor, the family apar**ent has three terraces, so always a place in the shade. To be repeated.

These are clean and quietly located apar**ents where many elderly people come. The apar**ents may be quiet but it is very noisy so when it is quieter everyone can listen in on your conversation. The pool was spacious but there were many rules and you were not allowed to splash / make too much noise. The food you could get at the apar**ent was tasty. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the *****. The cleaning lady came almost every day and the towels were changed every 4 days. You had to pay 50 cents city tax per room per night. The air conditioning cost € 7 per day. This was very expensive, especially because our air conditioning did not work, after explaining this, we immediately received the answer that it first worked, so that it would be our fault. After all, this turned out not to be the case when someone else came to check our air conditioning. In the end, the air conditioning only worked at a fixed position and temperature (20 degrees). We were told that a technician would come by this week, but he never came. A few points for improvement: - better WiFi - change towels more often - noise
