Everything was great, great breakfast buffet, the berth was just a concrete walkway and no gravel, that was a shame. Unfortunately, parking was chargeable. There were enough loungers, even with a parasol.

Wir waren für eine Woche im Hotel Malin im (ich nehme an neuen Gebäudetrakt) Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick untergebracht. Das Zimmer war exorbitant schön eingerichtet und sauber. Auch der Teppichboden war sauber und hat gepflegt gewirkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war relativ klein und etwas lieblos, aber im Großen und Ganzen hat sich da jede:r was gefunden - positiv anzumerken hier sind die verschiedenen Milchalternativen. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sauber und schön, Getränke werden sogar zum Pool gebracht. Der zum Hotel gehörige Meerzugang mit Bar ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Lediglich die Preise für die Liegen / Sonnenschirme haben sich gewaschen. Das einzige, das uns wirklich gestört hat, war die Parksituation. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Straßenrand waren Mangelware und die zum Hotel gehörigen Parkplätze mussten nochmal extra mit 15€ pro Tag bezahlt werden. Abgesehen davon war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir haben 10 Tage mit unserem Sohn (4) in einem der renovierten, sehr sauberen und modernen Zimmer mit Meerblick verbracht (über ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade durch die Rezeption). Morgens und abends gibt es ein frisches und reichhaltiges Buffet (mein Highlight war der Rote-Beete-Apfel-Saft zum Frühstück :-) ), bei dem auch an mögliche Unverträglichkeiten gedacht wird. Das Zentrum von Malinska mit Hafen, Restaurants und ein paar Lädchen ist in 15-20 Min. zu Fuß über die nette Promenade am Meer erreichbar, es gibt außerdem einen Linienbus in der Nähe für Ausflüge in andere Orte auf Krk. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen, schattigen Spielplatz und ein flaches Kinderbecken (ohne Rutsche o. Ä.). Pluspunkt ist der große, gut ausgestatte Kinderspielraum, in dem ab Mitte Juni die nette Animateurin Nica Kinderbetreuung angeboten hat. Mini-Disco oder Abendanimation gab es nicht. Insgesamt empfanden wird das Ambiente des Hotels als eher mondän und gehoben (viel Marmor, Kongressräume, nur Weingläser bei den Mahlzeiten) und nicht vorrangig auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern ausgerichtet. Teilweise hatten wir auch das Gefühl, dass sich einige der vielen Gäste im Seniorenalter durch die (eigentlich zu unserer Reisezeit noch wenigen) anwesenden Kinder gestört fühlten. Fazit: guter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub, aber eben kein klassisches Familienhotel.

Love this hotel, great location. I like the most animator Nika. She is great with kids and very dear and friendly. Every day is happy and in a good mood. My kid love her and how she is doong and she makes a greatest body paints. See ya next year :) :) :) :)

Excellent hotel , very good staff ,great food and drink . Very comfortably rooms with fresh towels every day. Nice pool and spa and very good cocktails . Would stay again in this area as plenty to see and a visit to the falls is a must., a long walk involved but worth it.

I have just had one of the best facials at the wellness spa in the Malin. I felt very well looked after by E n I s a . Thank you for looking after me so well. I would also recommend having a massage . I had the T h a l g o hearth of the oceans facial . Highly recommend it.

Bad experience, quality - price less than zero. We paid €250 for an old and dirty room, the air conditioner was noisy, impossible to sleep. There was nothing to drink in the mini bar. We went down to the bar at 10pm to ask for a bottle of water but we were told that everything was closed. The alternative was to take the car and go to the center to get some water and so we did. The terrible breakfast we drank a juice and never left again!

...denn entweder sind die Möbel zu groß oder die Zimmer zu klein, denn nur mit Schwierigkeiten kann frau/man die Schreibplatte benützen, denn der Abstand Bett/Platte ist für eine normale Benützung des Sessels zu klein. Nur mit Akrobatik ist das Niedersetzen möglich - siehe Foto. Eine Steckdose für einen Laptop gibt es nicht. Nach dem Abendessen am 21.10. habe ich bei der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob nur an diesem Abend keine Karten gab, auf der eine Information steht, welche Speise in den Schüsseln ist. Ab 22. ab es dann abends Kärtchen, fürs Frühstücksbuffet sind wahrscheinlich keine vorgesehen – bei einem 4* Hotel habe ich das bisher nicht erlebt... WLAN gab es ab der Mitte des Ganges im 3.Stockes trotz Reklamation an keinem Tag, dass das Gerät defekt war dürfte aber keine Neuigkeit gewesen sein. Das Getümmel beim Aufzug und auch beim nicht gut organisierten Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist dem Management scheinbar egal, sonst hätte man zumindest beim Buffet eine Verbesserung organisiert – der Gast hat scheinbar nicht Priorität... Einen längeren Aufenthalt in dem nur äußerlich ordentlichen Hotel würde ich ablehnen.

A beautiful structure with beautiful spaces. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We went to the sauna which is also beautiful as a structure, but does not have a relaxation area, there was no water from the aromatic bottles, the ground was full of water that had to be removed, outside there was a swimming pool full of screaming children, non-existent staff. At the dinner, the disaster, people crowded in a self-service that you have to go around in a loop, with very long times... if you wait for a little calm, the locusts have already taken everything. I would say that there is a lack of adequate organization.
