Icon hotel was a pure dream!! It felt like a private Villa residence with excellent design details. The drive from Palma to Icon hotel was also very scenic and beautiful! The landscape kept changing from Vineyards to local towns so you got to see a lot on the way. As soon as you pull up to the entrance of the icon hotel you see the stunning turquoise beach with mountain cliffs surrounding the hotel! The lobby is beautiful and opens up to the living room area where we had breakfast buffet every morning. Our room was a junior suite and had its own private outdoor space with 2 daybeds with garden & sea views. The room itself was so beautifully designed & u really felt a homey vibe. The pool area has a snack bar with delicious food and there’s a private trail that takes you to the close by beach (beach Tropicana) where we spend most of our time! This hotel had stunning sea views and we were able to watch the most beautiful sunrises. We were on our honeymoon and once we told them they gave us a bottle of champagne with a cute note from the manager. We loved our stay and we’re able to drive to close by local beaches that had crystal blue water and caves. Customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!!!

It was fantastic experience! We had great time, hotel was beyond our expectations. The only this that missed is jacuzzi (it was there but not working). Location was also great, it is near to the most beautiful beaches ever (it also has it's own beach that is great). We loved the breakfast, dinner wasn't included so we don't know about that. The view from our room was a dream come true!!!

El mejor hotel de la Costa Mallorquí para pasar tus vacaciones. Las habitaciones son increíbles con unas vistas de locura, las camas son tan cómodas que te atrapan y te aseguran un descanso de 10. El desayuno y las cenas son deliciosas, mención especial para Samir el cocinero. Y ya no hablemos del equipo ... todos super atentos y agradables cuidando cada detalle y preocupándose por el disfrute del cliente. Felipe, Marga, Isabel, Rosa, Adri, Miranda, Jaime y Joa entre otros muchos mas miembros del equipo, muchas gracias por la estancia tan agradable que nos ofrecisteis. Volveremos :)

We stayed two nights at the ICON Valparaiso. As we hoped, the hotel was very quiet with an amazing view on the nearby cliffs and the sea. The poolside area and bar was nice and quiet, even though the service was a little slow. I would 100% recommend for a couple or quiet group of friends looking for a retreat away from the masses.

We've been to the Icon Valparaiso property last week with my girlfriend.
I'd like to thank everyone working at the ICON Valparaiso hotel for all the warmth and care they've received us with.
Specially, thank you for taking such a good care with all of our Gluten Free dishes, since my partner is a celiac, and the hotel's personnel went above and beyond to ensure her well-being.
If you're looking for THE BEST place in town, look no further, this is it!!

It was our honeymoon. The hotel provided champagne. Thank you. Breakfast is various and delicious. I've always had dinner and it was so delicious. It was quiet and the staff were kind. If I come to Mallorca next time, I want to visit this hotel again.

Soggiorno di una settimana con mia moglie, sulla struttura , location e punto logistico nulla da dire. Anzi è un posto meraviglioso con vista mare incantevole. Stupenda la piscina a strapiombo sul mare. Colazione eccezionale, prodotti dolci e salati di qualità. Note dolenti: - Pulizia camera, non basta cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani tutti i giorni. Sarebbe più opportuno passare aspirapolvere nel bagno e sotto i comodini, a mio parere su una settimana di soggiorno, avranno pulito due o tre volte max. -formula mezza pensione. La cena assolutamente non all'altezza delle stelle del resort. Di cucina tipica non ho mangiato assolutamente nulla. Mi sarei aspettato menù a base di paella, tapas locale. Invece offrivano solo zuppe e carne/pesce cucinato. Se dovessi ritornarci ( dubito) , sicuramente non farei formula mezza pensione, e non farei passare delle mancanze sulla pulizia, come ho fatto in questo soggiorno. Del resto tutto il personale è estremamente gentile, cortese e professionale. Quando si propone ai clienti una caparra per il cambio QUOTIDIANO degli asciugamani da piscina ,questo va fatto. Non è accettabile trovare gli asciugamani sporchi, lasciati a terra il giorno prima, piegati e sistemati sulla sedia, spacciati per puliti.
