"My son and I had a very enjoyable stay here. The accommodation was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower which is a bonus. Note: the restaurant closes at the end of October. The pool is a good size and there is plenty of space to sunbathe. The local tourist train stops directly outside the apartments and goes to the nearest beaches then onto Porto Christo which is well worth a visit. Highly recommended."

"AVOID! We went here for 4nights on our first night the hotel looked so nice from when we walked in but when we got to our rooms we was so let down the rooms absolutely stink of damp and mould the walls were covered in dirt bugs all over the room bare in mind we paid a lot for this hotel the air con did not work it blew out hot air that stinks of mould we had to leave the minute we woke up and I had to fork out another £1,500 for a different hotel please avoid the photos don’t do it justice it looks nice on photos but it’s awful we was told there is food for new arriving guests at night time which was stale bread and tiny blocks of cheese that had no taste whatsoever please avoid and don’t waste your money the hotel staff were no help at all didn’t offer us a room change just told us they will send a technician"

"Great place never been to a place so clean fresh bedding and towels every day ive stayed in 5 star hotels that dont do that staff are amazing helpful the manager spent time talking to us food was good to be fair overall cant fault our stay the staff really do work hard One comment really should have the upstairs bar open all the time as we liked to sit on the sun terrace and it was a bit of a walk to go and get drinks Had a really nice holiday"

"Me and my husband stayed for 6 nights all Inclusive. The location in regards to scenery was fabulous and there are bars and shops in close proximity to the hotel, however as a whole it is a quiet area and wouldn't be somewhere I would opt to take younger children. The staff were all extremely friendly, however upon check in we were just left to find our room with very little direction which resulted in having to go back to reception and upon checkout we were not asked about how our stay was. Just wrist bands cut off and told to have a safe journey home. The food in general was very tasty (the breakfast wasn't my sort of thing but I did manage to find something to eat every day) however the hot buffet food was not hot. It was luke warm at best but this did seem to improve towards to end of the week. But as I said the flavours were lovely. There was a an extensive selection of all inclusive drinks on offer, the cocktails were my personal favourite. The evening entertainment was hit and miss. Rooms were spacious and clean however me and my husband were in two single beds which wasn't ideal and also no kettle in the room to make an early morning drink and the safe is an additional charge to use which I have never encountered before. Overall we had a lovely holiday and are keen to return."

"Think twice about booking this hotel if you are British or English speaking - it is very geared towards its (90%) German clientele so felt quite excluding. In addition, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, or, any room service. No-one was available to help with bags to or from the car park. We did enjoy the tennis court and proximity to the Rafa Nadal centre. Overall, although the hotel itself is very picturesque, and the swimming pool excellent, this was a disappointing stay for us."
