Ottimo hotel, ben organizzato nonostante la moltitudine di clienti, buffet ampio, anche per gli esigenti, personale gentile e disponibile. Vicino trovi ciò di cui hai bisogno, perfino un’ottima lavanderia, inoltre per chi non è automunito, c’è un servizio bus ben organizzato, l’importante è arrivare all’orario prestabilito, porta nei principali posti da visitare, come la famosissima “Cueva de Dragh” di cui conserverò un bellissimo ricordo.

Very clean hotel, with lovely staff. Right on the beach, so great for a swim in the sea. Showers in the rooms are amazing ! Good variety of food choices at each meal, and impressive selection of drinks included in all inclusive package

Overall a nice stay, reception staff was very friendly on arrival and made sure we understand all the facilities from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was quite basic so we didn't spend any time there but headed to the beach instead, which was convenient as the hotel is right next to it. However the check out did let down our overall experience as there was only one staff at the reception at the check out peak hours (11am), she had to manage guests inquiries, guests wanting exchange of pool towels, plus the numerous people in the queue waiting to check out ....

When they said it was 50m to the beach....they lied. It's 5m !! 🤣 What a great location. Hotel food was excellent. Rooms are modern. Cleaners were thorough. Free water to reduce plastic...great idea. Recomended !!

La vera 'Perla' è il personale, tutto, impossibile citare tutti, dalle signore ai piani al ricevimento, bar e sala ristorante, ci siamo sentiti spagnoli accolti in una grande famiglia, è vero per noi italiani il cibo è cultura però abbiamo sempre trovato qualcosa di buono e a volte anche eccellente, grazie per i sinceri sorrisi. A really excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was very good indeed. Lovely location with wonderful view from the Sky Lounge. No traffic noise at all and a very quiet hotel to sleep in. Very good rooms with excellent cleanliness.Highly recommended.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Have never seen restaurant staff work so hard. Food was good considering numbers catered for. Location to beach couldn’t have been closer. Also having airport trans union shuttle stop right outside hotel was a bonus

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very service minded. Stunning views, just in front of the beach. Great breakfast buffet, attentive staff. A perfect getaway. Can totally reccomend this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel with everything we wanted as it was fully inclusive. The staff were great and nothing was too much for them to deal with. Although we had to pay for our sun beds it was a great system as the beds that you book has your room number on it so there is no scramble to get a sunbed in the mornings. The pool was not large but was big enough to swim in. I think we will be returning again as we were so happy with it...the buffet food was pretty good as well !!
