It's a shame that the hotel is good, but the service is really not very good, they arrived from 3 o'clock because the check-in time was 3 o'clock until there they were piled up with other people who also hadn't checked in, as a result they checked in exactly at 5.20. Luckily, when I got compensation, I was able to check out late. Next time the management must be improved

The resort is in the suburbs, 20 minutes from the city, and grab is 20-30 yuan. The hotel is a bit old, the bedding and bath towels are very old, and the bathroom door handle broke when I pulled it. The hotel environment is very good, with many fruit trees and birds. The room can see the sea. The swimming pool is also good, which is great for taking children to play.

always become my favorite hotel in manado when i get break from work or holiday or any staycation with family every weekend.. with wonderfull view directly to manado bay, this hotel has everything.. bring me in sunset with her lagoon pool handmade beach, wide range of swimming pool, and super breakfast in early morning,, how good this property.. except by her gym facilities, litle bit less workout tools however still become favorite about its SPA of Martatilaar in the point of left side building.. thanks MERCURE MANADO

🧹Hygiene: Really not too bad! All kinds of blood on the sheets and pillows! Really a tourist destination! Or people who travel here are too easy to bleed! Still no cleaning at all! Unidentified yellow liquid appeared on the sheets in various ways! I still booked the deluxe room! A big cockroach as soon as you walk in the door! There are only two toilet paper towels! so economical? Nice, nice hotel, geckos flying all over the sky!

Overall, the hotel provides everything except the lamp in my room is dark compared to my other family’s room, and there is only one doormat in the room. I find it weird for the Accor hotel group.
